Pros:

bilik yang kemas dan tersusun. sangat sesuai untuk short gateaway dan untuk merehatkan badan seketika sebelum menyambung perjalanan ke destinasi seterusnya. paling suka katil yang lembut dan sedap untuk rehatkan badan yang sedang keletihan.

Cons:

bilik jenis lama tapi masih selesa untuk di diami. jika mampu untuk naiktara bilik adalah lebih baik dan meningkatkan keselesaan bagi pengunjung kelak dan mungkin akan meningkatkan pelanggan berulang ke hotel ini. selain itu, pihak hotel juga boleh menambah kemudahan seperti lif bagi pengunjung yang lebih tua dan golongan yang tidak berkemampuan untuk menaiki tangga ke bilik hotel.

Hotel was ok but do not visit Kuala Perlis
Pros:

Close to the ferry and bus station, clean and comfortable

Cons:

There’s nothing actually wrong with the property or the location itself, it’s Kuala Perlis that was the problem. Reviews say it’s a quaint fishing village with seafront restaurants specialising in seafood. It’s an absolute shithole and I couldn’t wait to get out. I love Malaysia but would never go back here again. Maybe this review is a bit harsh on the hotel but just wanted other travellers to know what to expect.

Average Stay with Room for Improvement
Pros:

I had an overall average experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The staff were polite. The location was convenient, which made it easy to get around. However, the amenities were quite basic and didn’t fully meet expectations. In general, it’s a decent place for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement to make the experience more enjoyable.

Cons:

One thing that stood out was the lack of basic amenities — items like shampoo were not provided, which was quite inconvenient. I would recommend the hotel to improve on this, as these small details make a big difference to guests.
Additionally, the water heater setup could be improved for safety and usability. It would be better if the knob were changed to a plastic type and the hose replaced with a rubber one.
