Unprofessional/ lack of knowledge of ADA laws.
Cons:

They did not accommodate my disability as I had purchased a disabled room. Also, false information pertaining to the room that I booked.
Manager of the property did not seem interested on my concerns, false advertisement and my disability.

Best hotel in Port Aransas
Pros:

A/c was amazing and beds were comfortable. Room had plenty of space. The employees were also very nice.

Cons:

The room could use some touch up on the walls looks like mold was there at one point but didnt smell or anything.

Nothing fancy but the room was clean, comfy bed, breakfast was good but low supply. Great location, it was quiet and they have a nice bbq/picnic area.

It’s an okay place to lay your head.
Pros:

Basically, what sells me is the location, the hot breakfast and the happy hour.

Cons:

The rust in bathroom and sink areas. The water didn’t drain well either.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable. Room service was good Between 5 and 7 pm during the weekday,you can get complantury drinks and snacks. Nice covered place to sit outside with grill.

Cons:

Parking spaces are a little tight,but doable.

I would definitely stay here again, just not on Sandfest weekend.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. Dog area was very helpful for us. Room was very nice. Location was great. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Not the hotels fault.....a lot of trashy people staying while we were there. It was SandFest weekend however. Some drunk puked on the sidewalk. People smoking pot out in the open. Not against pot or drinking.....just irresponsible trashy people 😊. Again, not the hotels fault.
