Unhappy, they act like they don’t care about safety

The bathtub was very slippery and I fall down injuring my left knee hit my left side jaw and my left arm, my knee it’s bruised and swollen, when I reported to the front desk lady and asked for a bathtub mat she told me “we don’t have any” that she will leave a note for the manager and he will contact me, he hadn’t done that yet

Pros:

The customer service was the best I’ve had they were so sweet and so helpful with giving recommendations for good places to eat

Cons:

It was kind of loud in the parking lot cars honking and people yelling . Upstairs was running around but after a few minutes it did end and I slept peacefully

Family and budget friendly.
Pros:

I loved the location. It is walking distance to a bakery, CVS, multiple souvenir shops, and food and treat options. And bonus their golf cart rental was the cheapest we found!!!

If I have to be picky RR are a little small.

I liked that it was close to the beach.

Cons:

I did not like waiting 10 minutes at 2am banging on the door trying to wake up the office attendant. I also did not like how dirty it was. Also a woman tried to sell us drugs in the parking lot then jumped the pool fence to go swimming.
