Pros:

清潔感あり、スタッフも優しい口調、無料シャトルバスは往復利用して助かりました。IKEAが近いのも良い。

Cons:

近隣でのイベントがあったせいもあり、15時のチェックインが行列。時間をズラして17時に行くと、スムーズだった。21時過ぎのコンビニも行列だった。
シャワーの出し方が分かりづらかった。

地點真的不錯，電車可以直接到達，服務也不錯

房間有點老舊但是乾淨！真的要說不方便是中央空調，溫度很難控制

Pros:

L'emplacement proche de l'aéroport pour un vol tôt le matin et la navette gratuite conduisant aux gares pour les journées de visite.
Malgré son gigantisme, l'hôtel est très calme.
Le personnel est extrêmement professionel, agréable, aidant.
La chambre au 23e étage et l'espace.

Cons:

Les chambres sont à refaire entièrement, notamment la salle de bain. Les canalisations sont de fait aussi vieillissantes et bruyantes.
Ça n'a plus rien à voir avec un 5 étoiles.
J'ai retrouvé des cheveux dans les serviettes de douche. Je l'ai signalé et j'ai reçu une réponse professionnelle.

Pros:

エグゼクティブを3人で泊まりたかったのに、プランでそういったものがなくノーマルで申し込み、備考でその旨をちょろっと書いたところ、キャンセル料無料で変更していただき、かつ『結婚記念日&息子の就職祝いで泊まりたかった』という話を共有してもらったみたいで、事あるごとにスタッフさんからお祝いの言葉をいただけたのが嬉しかったです。さすが一流ホテルだなと思いました
