Un bon hôtel, avec quelques remarques
Pros:

J'ai aimé les oreillers confortables et pas trop hauts. Le personnel est serviable et le service de consigne est très bien. Bonne soupe miso le matin. C'est très propre. J'ai aimé la supérette dans l'hôtel et l'accès très facile au portliner. Les sushis le midi étaient une bonne touche ( je ne sais pas si c'est du fait de l'hôtel où de la conférence mais voilà c'était bien). La chambre ( double, standard) était suffisamment spacieuse pour deux personnes. J'ai aussi vraiment apprécié les rideaux occultants (malheureusement pas si fréquents dans les hôtels que j'ai visité jusque là).

Cons:

L'emplacement est un peu loin de l'animation kobéenne. J'aurais aimé pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre plus pleinement. J'aurai aimé l'option d'avoir des oeufs crus au petit déjeuner (ou au moins moins cuits que ceux qui sont présentés actuellement). La clim est assez intense dans les espaces de conférence et les ascenseurs.

Pros:

PORTOPIA has a shuttle bus service that was brilliant to get us into town. The hotel itself and ammenities were great with a choice of restaurants and shops to browse as well as a small family mart.

Cons:

The first stay had a decent sized room the stay on our return was a smaller room with the bed against the wall. Not ideal for a couple.

ゆったりプランに最高のホテル✨
Pros:

神戸空港からのアクセスが良く、神戸在住の私と客人とのひと時によく利用させていただいております。
今回はホテルでゆっくりのプランではありませんでしたが、真夏などはもうホテルでゆっくりを選択地がちですので大変いい時間を過ごすことができます！

Cons:

朝食が7時オープンなので７時４５分を過ぎるまで満席が続きます。
お急ぎの方は要注意かと思われます！！
あとコーヒーマシーンの熱湯がわかりづらくなにか一工夫していただけると日本人客は助かると思います。

Classy stay with cool vibes in Kobe
Pros:

We loved it! We stayed in the older building, the south wing, and it had a very cool vibe!! The breakfast on the 30th floor of the newer building was fantastic! The room was very spacious. The shuttle bus was very convenient.

Very fancy, great commodities, a little far from the center
Pros:

The room was super clean and bright, the bed was really comfortable and also the structure in general was super well kept and had a lot of extra services.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little "vintage" and we would have loved to have breakfast in the hotel but the prices were a little bit over the top for our personal opinion.
The hotel is a bit far from the city center but there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the station and back every day.

Super petit déjeuner
Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel ainsi que la vue du restaurant je recommande. Il y a une navette pour aller au centre-ville.

Cons:

Les chambres côté gauche de l’hôtel sont à refaire elles sont vétuste ainsi que les matelas qui sont à changer également. Par compte la partie droite a été refaite c’est très bien.
