Great hotel and great value, will come back
Pros:

Everything was great
Location is perfect, hotel has been renovated, rooms are beautiful and spacious (I got upgraded and was on the 12th floor)
Breakfast is amazing with lots of options, healthy and fresh food

A Tel Aviv adventure ruined at the Carlton !
Cons:

The hotel is most unsafe for children (and most likely adults) - and the hotel management response to our trauma was abysmal. Our 7 year old grandson opened a glass panel bathroom door in their room- the door shattered and he required a trip to the emergency room for treatment, plus follow up in the USA. The hotel management failed in their response & follow up to this trauma - to the extent that they did NOT even cover the medical costs of the ER visit in Tel Aviv. Families beware of safety at the Carlton !

באנו 2 חברות למסיבת רווקות ושודרגנו לחדר מדהים עם נוף לים
פינקו אותנו בפירות ושמפניה
הכל ברמה גבוהה גם החדר גם הלובי וגם הצוות כולם כל כך מאירי פנים נחמדים ועוזרים

מלון יוקרתי בהחלט, שירות מצוין, החוויה היתה טובה מאוד ונחזור שוב בודאי

החוויה במלון היתה מעבר לכל ציפייה! המלון מהמם החדרים מרווחים (היינו 3 בחדר) פינקו אותנו לכבוד יום ההולדת של אחי בשמפניה לחדר ואפילו שידרגו אותנו לחדר עם נוף לים, יש במלון הכל מהכל. לא הרגשנו צורך לצאת, הצוות היה שירותי ונחמד מאוד, והאוכל היה מושלם
