Cons:

התארחתי במלון ולאחר העזיבה גיליתי ששכחתי בחדר פן ומחליק. פניתי למלון מיד, אך נאמר לי שהפריטים לא נמצאו. אני מאוד מאוכזבת מהטיפול במקרה ומהשירות שקיבלתי בנושא, במיוחד לאור העובדה שפניתי במהירות לאחר העזיבה.
חבל שחפצים שנשכחו לא אותרו או לא הוחזרו לבעליהם !

אוכל טוב בארוחת בוקר

Cons:

יום שבת, שעות הבוקר, כל הבריכה מלאה במגבות וחפצים שאנשים שומרים, הצוות קצת מתנער , לא נתנו פתרון אמיתי והייתי צריך לטפל בזה בעצמי

היתה דלה , פנייקים קשים, קובנה יבשה

Cons:

החדר שירותים/אמבטיה היה מאוד מלוכלך. לא היה מגבות רק חלוקים. התקשרנו לבקש שמפו ולא קיבלנו.

A perfect stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Carlton.
The staff made us feel very welcome, the facilities were in great condition (we especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi) and the location was perfect, too.
We'd love to be back!

באמת, נהנינו כלכך מהלילה שלנו שם.
הגענו, היחס היה נעים ממש.
שדרגו לנו את החדר וגם כשביקשנו לעכב את הצ׳ק אאוט נענו בחיוב ישר

חוינו חוויה פחות טובה אבל זה לא אומר שלא נחזור. שירות קונה אותנו והשרות שם ממש מדהים.

המיטה לא הייתה נוחה ,בנוסף התעוררנו מבומים בתוך החדר כל פעם שמישהו טורק את הדלת . החדרים צמודים אחד לשני ,מרפסת קטנה מאוד,מחירים במיני בר מוגזמים
