Not worth the money. I wish I stayed at a bigger hotel.
Pros:

It’s near the beach. The restaurant and bar staff in the lobby were nice. If you pay for the breakfast- it’s very good except on Shabbat.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t working properly. They don’t replace your coffee or give you new mugs.

К сожалению, проживание в этом отеле оставило у нас крайне негативное впечатление.

Началось всё с того, что мы смогли заселиться в номер с большим опозданием. При заселении с нас также потребовали оплатить дополнительный пикадон (залог/депозит), информация о котором нигде заранее не была указана. Для нас это стало неприятным сюрпризом.

Мы бронировали номер с одной большой двуспальной кроватью, но вместо неё получили две маленькие кровати, просто сдвинутые вместе. Матрасы были очень старые и ужасно неудобные. Подушки также были старые и совершенно некомфортные для сна.

Сам номер находился в очень плохом состоянии. Всё выглядело старым, изношенным и требующим ремонта, некоторые вещи были сломаны. Даже зеркало в комнате было повреждено. Мы обращались к персоналу и просили решить эти проблемы и заменить повреждённые вещи, однако ничего сделано не было.

Отдельное разочарование — бассейн. Он очень маленький и, на наш взгляд, совершенно не подходит для нормального семейного отдыха, особенно если вы приезжаете с ребёнком.

В целом реальность совершенно не соответствовала нашим ожиданиям от отеля. Учитывая стоимость проживания, мы ожидали совершенно другого уровня номеров, комфорта и обслуживания.

После всего нашего опыта мы категорически не рекомендуем этот отель. За такие деньги уровень номеров, сервиса и условий совершенно не соответствует ожиданиям. Мы остались очень разочарованы и никому не советуем выбирать этот отель, особенно для отдыха с семьёй и детьми.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel left us extremely disappointed.

It started with a significant delay in getting access to our room. At check-in, we were also asked to pay an additional deposit, even though we had not seen this clearly mentioned anywhere in advance. This was an unpleasant surprise.

Pros:

Le personnel était très très agréable et la situation géographique devant la mer était magnifique

Cons:

Les équipements étaient vieillots et surtout je n ai pas du tout apprécié les chambres avec l humidité elles étaient remplies d eau au sol c était une horreur je n avais au une seule envie rentrer chez moi me doucher et le prix du chabbat était exhorbitant
