את המיקום, את הספא ואת הטרקלין עסקים

זה לא באשמתכם כי הזמנתי דרך הבוקינג, אבל הייתי בטוחה שבמחיר ששילמתי אנחנו נקבל גם ארוחת בוקר, ולא כך היה, קיבלתי הטבה לברנץ, אבל זה לא התאים לשעות הפעילות שלי בעיר. ביקשתי להמיר בארוחת בוקר, ענו לי שיבדקו, אבל לא חזרו אלי.

הצוות אדיב ברמה שלא פגשתי. באמת. כולם כולם כולם. היתה לנו חוויה לא כל כך נעימה אבל לפחות הצוות היה אדיב וניסה לעזור.והאוכל היה גם ברמה גבוהה. היינו בשבת אז גם היתה ארוחת ערב (בתשלום נוסף) והיה מאוד טעים ותפריט מעניין. וארוחת הבוקר היתה מאוד מאוד מגוונת ומפנקת, זה היה ממש כיף! קרוב לחוף, אז גם זה היה נחמד. המיטות גם היו כיפיות ומפנקות. ויחסית למלונות אחרים, המחיר באוכל של הרום סרביס והלובי או הבריכה, היה שפוי וגם טבעם טוב.

ציפיתי ליותר 😅 נתחיל מזה. בשביל 2000 שקל ללילה ללא ארוחת ערב. המלון חביב, אבל לא הרגשתי את היוקרה וגם לא את ה5 כוכבים בכנות. הןא ישן, וזה ניכר כמעט בכל פינה...
הכי ביאס אותי זה שהזמנתי חדר, וכשהגעתי הארונות היו תקועים ולא שמישים, ואיש התחזוקה לא הצליח לתקן לנו, אז העבירו אותנו חדר. אבל לחדר בקומה נמוכה יותר, ופחות נעים (נוף פחות יפה, חדר פחות מעוצב ובלי שטיח, מנורה אחת שבורה... ) וזה היה מאוד לא נעים, הרגיש דאון גרייד... . הם ניסו לפצות על זה עם דברים אחרים, שזה נחמד מאוד מצידם, אבל אני באתי כדי להרגיש פינוק של מלון 5 כוכבים. לא מה שקיבלתי. אז למרות הצוות האדיב במיוחד והארוחת בוקר הנחמדה מאוד, בשביל 2200 שקל (כן, כי החניה עולה 200 שקל ללילה 😵‍💫) כנראה שלא אחזור לשם.

Carlton for weekend in Tel Aviv
Pros:

The location is perfect, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great 😊
And the most important point the staff had try to help as much as they can.
We mainly would like to point out front desk manager - (Nissim I think) had try and assist us more then expected 🙏

Cons:

Unfortunately the parking is no at the hotel property, and the valet service is additional 500 ILS.
The Spa don’t have a room for couples treatment.

The other point is that we had been communicating with the hotel reservation prior our arrival and requested an upgrade to the room and the service including SPA plan and entering to the business lounge, unfortunately the upgrade was not noted when we were arrive to the hotel and we had to reschedule and return to front seat for their assistants , we need to point out that front desk manager had try all his best to help us - and this in to so trivial
