Didn’t have breakfast.
It could have been cleaner/ dust & cobwebs. Towels were old and not enough of them.

The sheets weren't clean. When we arrived at the room, there were white flakes of some kind along with some pubic hairs on top of the fitted sheet. The carpet seemed dirty as well and the room was very dark.

Dirty floors, musty odors, lumpy pillows, no mattress covers, our feet were black after 5 minutes of no socks...
The location is convenient
The extra added prices after I was given a price for a pet friendly room and also the smelly room, dirty towels and attitude of staff was low quality.

Location to essential facilities the Brewery bar was next door, supermarkets and restaurants close by, clean rooms, pet friendly, staff was very accommodating.
Nothing comes to mind probably lack of transportation services for my two dogs and myself.

Main room was clean and remodeled. It was a bed and place to take shower.
. There were handwritten policies on the wall of check-in that were not in the booking reservation. It is a non smoking property, but rooms being sold as smoking or non smoking... When asked at check-in about the suspicious " only two adults allowed into a room rule." ... (we have 3 friends who wanted to stay at motel close to an event) We were given slight attitude and told it was per the fire marshall... But two kids and two adults were allowed...we were a bit concerned...but it was a last minute booking and we needed a bed and shower for the night.
..The 100$ security deposit was taken off hold over 36 hrs later. When called to ask about why, Housekeeping answered phone after many calls, and then proceeded to hang up on me, tell me no management available until 3...when asked for owner told no and hung up on and not to call back again. Not a good look for a motel. And this is a motel, not a hotel.

Close to things.
Pricing for all attempted bookings were much more expensive than advertised. Internet price was listed but nightly price was often $50 or more per night than the internet price.
The pillows were not comfortable at all, the bed was too firm for my liking, they should have had more towels especially in a Jacuzzi room, and some of the jets in the jacuzzi tub were not working.
