Pros:

The staff were very friendly and attentive. They regularly checked if we needed anything and were always ready to help. I also really liked that we only needed a personal code to enter the property and our room. It was very convenient, simple, and secure.

Prima als je er alleen hoeft te slapen.
Met code je kamer en voordeur hotel in.

Cons:

Buitenkant hotel lijkt op verlaten en leegstaand gebouw. Je schrikt echt!!
Plantenbakken rondom entree kapot.
Overal losse stenen.
Prijs kwaliteit.
Erg duur.
Interieur en badkamer allemaal oude spullen.

My stay was peaceful and the quietness of my room location was a bonus.

Ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (insbesondere die Treppen im Treppenhaus sind sehr stark abgenutzt)
Seltsames System, dass man obwohl man direkt vor der Empfangsdame ist sich nochmal online anmelden/registrieren muss
Wassertemperatur nicht gut einstellbar

Very kind and supportive staff
Pros:

Handra and Anshu were so kind and supportive!
We arrived after booking last minute. We had made a mistake on our dates and Handra and the team very kindly gave us complimentary early check in which made a big difference after our 24h of travel to get there from Australia.

A simple place to stay
Pros:

The price is affordable, cheaper than living in downtown. The employee is also friendly.

Will not be staying here again

Property offered free parking and room was more spacious than we anticipated. Hotel staff was friendly

Cons:

I was initially going to leave a raving review despite the location but our last day there left a very bad impression. Hotel management is no where to be found on the morning of your checkout if you happen to need something. I sent a message through whats app, which is their only form of communication & I sent it after 8 am, requesting for more T.P and there was no response. I then went to the reception area and rang the call button which also resulted with no response. At this point my child had been in the restroom for over 30 min waiting, so we ended up using their box Kleenex instead.
This ordeal was unfortunate because we actually considered staying here for future visits but not anymore.
