Good stay. Check in was rough. Check in staff need more training.
Pros:

Location. Waterway views. Screened porch.

Cons:

Exterior is aging. Also needed a good cleaning outside. Buildings had cobwebs and there were animal droppings everywhere.

Desk Clerk had an attitude!!

I have been a Bluegreen Owner since 2013. My family and I have always visited Harbour Lights. It has been our favorite place to stay until 6/30/26. That was the day we came in to stay for the week of my birthday. I never mentioned someone by name but I have to this time. We didnt know what was wrong with the desk clerk Dorothy Castle but she seemed to have an issue with us. 1st, when she completed her transaction with the customer before us. She made us wait for 3 to five minutes while she drank water and looked into space. She asked me for my ID and credit card. And I placed it gently on the counter. She then told me to pick it up off the counter and hand it to her (in a nasty tone). We did not feel welcomed until she saw in the system that I was an owner. Harbour Lights is a great place to stay and sometimes you have to look past bad attitudes to enjoy it.

A great place to stay
Pros:

Our room was very nice. The amenities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to everything. All the comforts of home.

Interior needs updated and deep cleaned.
Pros:

The property grounds seemed to be maintained well and were enjoyable to walk around.

Cons:

The condo interior was old, dated, and had a musty smell. They were not maintained or cleaned very well. Unable to sleep past 5 am due to the heavy stomping, running and slamming from the unit above. Very little insulation to block noise. I mentioned this to staff hoping they would address, but unfortunately not. The indoor pool and hot tub were closed during our stay but this was not mentioned before we booked. The photos make the place look more appealing than it was.

Wonderful it makes you wish you could stay longer on vacation
Pros:

Everything was great. The beds were comfortable. It was very clean. They had plenty of pools. They had different activities. You could do plus a discount at different restaurants and attractions

Cons:

They should have little small take-home bottles of their body wash, lotion ,shampoo and conditioner because that stuff smells awesome and is expensive to purchase
