I was really happy to stay there and hoping to come back again with my family .
Pros:

The style, ambiance, service and cleanliness were beyond expectations. It’s an old caravanserai/inn in a historic neighborhood and its right by the castle which gives a nice view from rooms.

Se trata de un antiguo edificio histórico rehabilitado con mucho esmero y cuidado con un gran patio interior en el que se puede cenar en el restaurante o tomar un café.
Las habitaciones son grandes, muy bien decoradas, limpias y cómodas.
El personal es amable y trata de agradar siempre al cliente.

Wonderful venue but needs more attention to detail.
Pros:

Beautiful old han that has been well restored. Unfortunately, it requires more maintenance to keep it better. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was OK but could be more varied.

Cons:

Cleaning in public areas needs to be improved. Staff were not very responsive. Loud music in the restaurant affects the rooms above. Kylie Minogue??!!! Really??!!??
