Courtyard Hartford Farmington

Eeeily empty upon check in. Crumbs left on the sofa. Fabric on sofa look old and dingy. Scotch tape left on the wall above the bed where it meets the ceiling and on the ceiling above the bed. Someone clearly had a party and no one cleaned it up. Hair band that was not ours found in the bedsheets. Given an adjoining room when we didn't need or ask for one. General noise level somewhat loud. I was honestly too tired to complain or move to another room, but will not be returning. Not what I expected for the price!

I've stayed at the Courtyard Hartford-Farmington many times. Of the four different hotels I've stayed in for business in the Farmington area, it is hands-down my favorite. The lobby provides a calm vibe from the start. The rooms are nice, each having a mini fridge and microwave. They are clean and generally well-maintained. Temperature controls in the room allow me to set the temperature to my liking, and I have never had issues with noise from inside or outside the hotel. The workout facility features a variety of equipment for any experience level. The cafe serves delicious food and drinks. Zarghona, who works the cafe in the mornings, is the absolute best! The location is also super convenient with all kinds of shops and restaurants in walking distance and many more within a few minutes' drive. Finally, the price point for the accommodations is a truly great value. It's always my first choice of places to stay in the Farmington area, and I definitely recommend it for business or personal stays!

We got a hotel block here, as well as the suites for getting-ready rooms day of our wedding, and it was a seamless experience. Shane and the Courtyard staff were extremely communicative and generous over the many months we were planning our stay. They were able to host a large room block and 10+ bridal party no problem.

Great stay here, restaurants and shops very close. Exceptionally well looked after and clean room with comfy bed - best sleep i have had. The gym is great, didnt try the pool but looked nice. They have lovely staff, special mention for Susan, I had some great conversations with Susan and she was always very helpful and super friendly - a credit to the hotel. Would definitely come back and stay.

We travel often to Farmington to visit family. Our first choice of hotels is always the Marriott! Location is perfect and all staff are always welcoming, especially Susan at the front desk. She goes out of her way to ensure all our stay needs are met! The hotel is very clean and comfortable!!

As a Lifetime Titanium Elite member of Marriott Bonvoy, I have stayed at numerous Marriott properties. I can honestly say that I have never encountered a Marriott employee who could come close to Susan Favreau at the front desk of the Courtyard Hartford Farmington.
My wife and I have stayed at this property at least twice a year for many years and Susan is always welcoming and accommodating to our needs. On our most recent stay, which just ended, my wife needed to package up three large boxes of materials for the blind. Susan helped her prepare the boxes for shipping, even offering to carry them when necessary.
Susan is a gem and a great asset to your property!

Check In experience with Susan (1/3/26-1/4/26) , I believe that’s her name was exceptional. I had a quick stay for a family birthday celebration so i didn’t utilize the room until the evening of my stay. When coming back to my room to go to sleep around 10 pm, one of the beds had dry bloodstains in the sheets. It was way too late to even change rooms since i was leaving the next morning. I expressed my concerns to the night auditor whom was very rude especially since she wasn’t even at the desk during my checkout as well as not helpful whatsoever over the phone. I called the next day and spoke to another rep or manager i assume who heard my concerns but then offered points and I have not even received them. It’s the lack of concern shown especially to elite members of Marriott Bonvoy. I only requested they do proper cleaning and that I be accommodated for the inconvenience but none of that was done.
