Das Personal beim Einchecken war sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar ein upgrade bekommen. Die Aussicht auf den See ist sehr schön, allerdings um diese Jahrezeit gab es keine Sonne auf dem Balkon - wofür das Hotel allerdings nicht kann, das liegt an der Lage.

Cons:

Am Sonntagmorgen gab es beim Frühstücksbuffet ab 9.15 Uhr kein Brot mehr, das Frühstück dauerte jedoch noch 45 Minuten. Wir haben die ganze Zeit gewartet, dass das Brot noch aufgefüllt wird, was jedoch nicht passiert ist.

Tolle Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Wir durften lange vor der Check-in Zeit unser Zimmer - sogar mit Upgrade - beziehen.

Die Dampfsauna riecht sehr muffig, evt schimmlig?
Ich habe sie nicht benutzt, da mein Immunsystem reduziert ist, hatte Angst dass ich Sporen einatme.

Schöner März Aufenthalt in Lugano
Pros:

Wunderschöne Location! Im Sommer wahrscheinlich umso schöner!

Cons:

Soweit war alles top! Das Frühstück hatten wir nicht inklusive ebenso konnten wir zeitlich die Nebenangebote leider auch nicht nutzen.

Pros:

Frequento la struttura da anni, a mio avviso è l'hotel più completo della città. Le camere sono curate, spaziose e confortevoli. Il bar Havana Deck è una perla unica dall'atmosfera cubana, servono ottimi cocktails e il personale è estremamente simpatico e accogliente. La vista sul golfo è meravigliosa. Il ristorante giapponese con lo chef che prepara il cibo sulle piastre davanti a te è unico a Lugano e anche il ristorante la Favola è ottimo se si vuole restare su una cucina tradizionale Lo consiglio vivamente sia per soggiorni di lavoro che per soggiorni in famiglia, difficile trovare di meglio in città.

Cons:

L'unica cosa che cambierei è il bagno, spazioso e accogliente ma la vasca per fare la doccia è davvero scomoda e un po' difficile per entrare e uscire a causa del vetro, soprattutto immagino per chi ha una certa età. Una doccia normale sarebbe la scelta azzeccata, ma questo è solo la mia personale opinione, tutto il resto è magnifico.

Pros:

After coming to Lugano many times a year for more than 15 years, I discovered what is the best place to stay. Where do I start? The Havana Deck Cigar4 Lounge overlooking the Lake or the Japanese Restaurant? The room was spotless with Personal AC, Japanese bidet in the toilet, out-of-this-world water pressure, breathtaking views, your own balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the lake, super comfy mattress and pillows. and last but not least the hotel cat Aki, which means Autumn in Japanese!

Wenn sie mit dem ÖV kommen/ mit dem Zug wo die Haltestelle grad unter dem Hotel ist, ist es sehr mühsam mit dem Gepäck die Treppen zu erklimmen um ins Hotel zu gelangen..
