Comfortable with nice views
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The hotel is nice and peaceful and we enjoyed our evening in the Cuba bar with the lovely view and cocktails. Nice to have a sauna and steam room. Its a nice walk around the lake into the main area of Lugano.

Cons:

We were travelling by train. It was a short but steep walk up many steps to get into the bottom entrance of the hotel so if you have suitcases be prepared for this.
The other unusual thing is that the swimming pool is in a completely different place and floor to the spa area.
