Pros:

The staff was stellar and kind. Helpful and the cookies were delicious

Cons:

There was a street light directly out the windows that lit up the whole room all night. Particularly, even with the curtain closed and I tried to rig it and push it as close to the windows as I could with no success in blocking the light. Due to where the bed is, imthe stadium light shines directly in your eyes unless you sleep on your left side. Wrap around black out curtains would be helpful. Along with a way to turn off the light switch night light. We used a pillow to block the gap under the door.

Cons:

1 queen bed is the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Plus it’s on the First floor and the window was at ground level. Check in was at 3, our room was not ready until 3:45. My brother originally booked there so we had to stay at this hotel. The prices for the room were jacked up to over double because of a concert in town.

Super Clean and Friendly Staff
Pros:

We had the absolute best time ever in Missoula. We went to a concert in town and the general manager of the Garner (Hilary Graham) was able to get us a room during a sold out night everywhere else. She was super helpful! The hotel was super clean and all new. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

We were in town for one night and the broom was perfect for what we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was clean. Motel was quiet.

Cons:

Have to notify maintenance that there was a problem with the handle in the shower and it was very hard to turn off the water. It was nothing serious and they said they would take care of it right away.

Great stay!
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was wonderful! My family and I stayed here while sightseeing and exploring the area’s fantastic scenery. We’re from California, so we don’t usually get to experience hiking trails and mountains like these. The breakfast was delightful, and the room was clean and welcoming. On top of all that, the staff were incredibly friendly, they recommended great places to eat and explore.
