Very limited breakfast options

The doors weren’t locked. The air conditioning was broke in the lobby. It was hot. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. We had used old soap in the shower on the top ledge. I pulled out a towel to take a shower and it was dirty. For the coat, I should’ve cancelled and went next door.

Ice machine wasn’t working and hair in the tub

The cleanliness was bad. Cobwebs with spider in the room. Dirty window sill. Dirty air conditioner. Fridge not wiped off. Disgusting blanket on bed. Hair on toilet and hole behind bathroom door. Bathroom poorly lit.

The room is not clean, staff is not available.

No AC in the lobby. We had room 203. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off and exposed black mold under it. We stayed for 2 nights and had no housekeeping services provided to us. When we left in the morning we asked the front desk to please take fresh towels to our room and remove the used ones on the floor. They did NOT need to make the bed. We were gone for 12 hours and when we came back at 2 a.m. the dirty towels were still on the floor and we had no clean ones. We got up this morning and left without a shower. Since we are only an hour from home we let it go. When we went to check out there was no one at the desk to speak with.

The room could have been cleaned a little better toiletre items could have been more generous and the TV service was very limited also The Air conditioner could be turned on prior to arrival beings it was the hottest couple days of the year

The mini muffins that were the only option other then some gross looking cereal. The muffins were stale and the juice looked questionable, there was bodily fluids all over the walls of our room, none of the mirrors had been wiped down and had fluids all over them, the screen on the window was all torn up so you couldn't open a window, the AC unit had black mold growing all over it. There was mold growing in the corners of the walls in the room and in the bathroom, the shower was dirty and well as the floors were gross and not cleaned I wiped the floor with a wash rag and it was brown.
The wall paper was pealing off the walls. We also selected pay when we get to the room/check in because the card I wanted to use I did not have on me when I booked the room, however when we arrived we were told they had already charged the room to the card I used to reserve the room before my arrival/check in.

The staff member when I checked in was rude. The room was unsanitary with hair in the shower and stains on the bed, walls, and chair. The towels that I was given were also soiled with stains and hair. The fridge froze my food and the microwave would not stop with my food inside until I unplugged it from the wall. Overall, I had a very bad experience at this property. I will not be back.

Stairs only, no operating elevator.

They could improve building cleanliness and maintenance, including the lobby air conditioning- as well as the breakfast, ect.
