Our stay at Hotel Sunflower had both positives and negatives.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel's location is very convenient, making it easy to get around.

However, cleanliness was a major disappointment. The room was not cleaned properly before our arrival. There was dust visible in several areas, the floors did not appear to have been swept well, and the lockers contained used dirty particles, which was quite unpleasant to find. The pool area was enjoyable, but the pool toilets were in poor condition and need much more frequent and thorough cleaning.

Overall, while the friendly staff, comfortable beds, and convenient location made the stay pleasant in some ways, the housekeeping standards need significant improvement. I hope the management addresses these issues, as they would greatly improve the guest experience.

Cons:

El personal no parla gaire l'anglès i no es van donar esmorzar després de tornar del parc. Ho haurien de tenir en compte.
