We had a great experience at Quality Inn, with friendly service, a spacious room.
Pros:

The front desk clerk was pleasant, and the staff took the time to explain everything to help make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the complimentary benefit was a wonderful added bonus.

Cons:

I don't think there was any negative of the two day stay.

Pros:

Everything. It was very clean and comfortable. The Quality & Inn Augusta I-20 was surrounded by several good restaurants within walking distance. My husband really enjoyed our stay. If we are ever in Augusta again, we will definitely stay at Quality Inn & Suites I-20 Augusta, GA. August 2026

This is my Go 2 hotel whenever i’m in the area. The rooms are always cleaned and the staff is always welcoming.
Pros:

Clean rooms, nice staff

Cons:

Many of the sockets wouldn’t hold my charger

The staff was friendly

Cons:

It was filthy the floors were sticky even the carpet and the rooms smelled like cigarettes and mildew we had to switch rooms and the other one wasn’t much better.

It was a short stay with a bit of surprise in this hotel
Pros:

This is different from the most quality inn which the building is like a 4 star hotel, free good breakfast, price is so good, and sorrounded by all types of restaurants
