Had to escape an Airbnb
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and wonderfully helpful. I had an issue with the shower handle, but very impressed with the urgency in which it was handled. Very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cons:

I was pretty pleased with my overall stay.

Pleasant staff at counter

Cons:

Their cook called in sick no back up, only continental breakfast. We chose this hotel because booking.com said breakfast was a buffet so that was a big dissappointment

Adequate breakfast
Pros:

We came in mid Nov 2025 as a group tour from another state. There were some 50+ people in our group. The front desk was efficient, fast & helpful. We arrived at night so their restaurant was closed. Our room was spacious, had 2 bath towels, the AC worked, the hot water worked, toilet flushed, the tub drained right away. The beds were a tad high & at 5'3" had to climb in and out each time. The room was otherwise comfy. Breakfast started at 0630. They had an ample spread with several items to choose from like cereal, bread, scrambled eggs and coffee. I'd stay there again if I find myself in Tulsa.

Great for the most part....
Pros:

Everything was excellent except there was NO HOT water at anytime we showered.

Cons:

NO HOT water in shower, barely warm.

Cheaper than casino and much better customer service
Pros:

Late check-in . Receptionist was exceptionally accommodating. Beds were super comfortable and she was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Avoid Restaurant
Pros:

The hotel was fine, but don't be fooled by their "restaurant" - terrible food! I ordered a "pepperoni flatbread with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes"; it was a freaking frozen pepperoni pizza! This doesn't count as a restaurant. 🤬

My check in was great, the hotel is very clean & in a great area...the only problem was my actual booking...I booked a double bed room but only got a 1 bed. The hotel check in couldn't change it as they were booked up
