The room was good.
1. One of the staff members was rude.
2. The charge for a pet was outrageous.
3. It was hard to get into pool area.
4. There was a huge group there using the facilities but not staying there. The pool was too full of people to swim because of the group there.
5. The lobby was filled with people not staying there. It was loud and AC in lobby was not working.
The assistant manager Dylan was exceptional. Great with us and many other customers. Great with hi fellow staff, coming in on his day off (and his birthday) to cover for a coworker in crisis. He is a great asset to Hilton.
Breakfast was good. Staff congenial. Clean facilities
Elevator was uneven with floor. Difficult to maneuver cart. Lobby had air conditioning problems. There was no hot water in the room. Had tinted my hair and went to take shower and only cold water we were not advised there were boiler problems
It was clean, cozy and comfortable. Attentive staff, convenient location, large Parking.
It doesn't flush the toilet well.
Clean! Friendly staff and accommodating on our late flight. Joanna our receptionist at check in was friendly, informative and made the process so very easy!

Booking. Com the hotel did not get the booking- manager keeps saying this happens a lot & should NOT go thro 3rd party but should book thro Hilton App. Everyone books thro 3rd party nowadays.
Convenient location and nice area. Appears recently renovated. The grill and bar were a nice addition. The fitness room was very nice. The staff were incredible!! Dillon was very knowledgeable about the area. He was training Alice and he was patient, thorough, and kind as he
trained. We had a funny lively conversation with Dillon and Alice!
The carpet was not laid well and buckled in areas- could cause a trip or fall.
Location
No AC was working in the lobby are in my room could not sleep because it was very hot in the room. The lobby had the doors open trying to cool the place down.
