Hidden charges kept coming up.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and showers clean.
The surroundings of the hotel were appealing.
The food wasn't too bad.

Cons:

An extra $20 per day parking charge that was not disclosed anywhere.

Deceptive description of breakfast -- you get a $15 voucher, and most menu items cost more. Not continental/buffet breakfast as advertised in the listing.

Wonderful and can't wait to stay there again during the snow season.
Pros:

Check in was easy and the room was very comfortable and quiet. Coffee was excellent both in-room and downstairs. Perfect for a 2 night stay.

Cons:

Nothing. All of the highest rating marked are accurate to how we felt there (and we are good at identifying and addressing problems if there are any).

You won't sleep if you get the wrong room, so ask before settling in!

The hotel itself is appealing and clean. My room was a problem.

Cons:

Don't stay in room 225. That room is located above and adjacent to piping for the HVAC system. I'm sure there are other rooms adjacent to this one and in other locations with the same problem. It's loud, particularly when you're trying to sleep. Overall it has the effect of trying to sleep in an airplane. If you can sleep on a plane easily, then you're good. But if you're like me, and prefer a quiet environment, the noise level in this room will keep you up until midnight and then you'll spend a long night tossing and turning. I had a terrible night of sleep due to the noise. The hotel staff basically shrugged in response. I stayed at this property before without a problem but I won't be back and risk another sleepless night. If you're going to stay here, don't accept just any room. Ask about the noise level before you settle in or you won't sleep a wink. On a totally different note, this hotel charges for parking, which is a simply absurd cash grab.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Hilton company did a great job remodeling this hotel. Quiet rooms and everything was good quality. The hotel staff were great. We would have given it 5 stars but the breakfast was way below the quality of the hotel and the breakfast staff were not trained.

Pros:

The hotel is nice and remodeled. On arrival we were informed the the elevator was broken and they were not sure when it would be repaired. We were on the 3rd floor and not offered a room on the first floor to accommodate our mobility due that we were seniors and a disabled veteran.
Was not a pleasant experience going up and down 3 flight of stairs numerous times a day.
