Stille om natten. Fremragende morgenmad. Store værelser. Gode brede senge med gode dyner og to puder til hver. Parkering i kælderen. Perfekt beliggenhed mellem Hackescher Markt og Alexanderplatz. God vietnamesisk restaurant lige overfor.

Comfortable stay in Alexanderplatz area
Pros:

The location of the this hotel is wonderful for exploring the city. Staff at reception are welcoming and helpful. The glass of prosecco at check-in was a nice touch! Rooms are sufficiently spacious and very comfortable. The AC is particularly refreshing on warm summer days.

There is nothing to dislike about this property.

Excellent central spot for a couple in Berlin
Pros:

The location is very central but the hotel is not on a big street so it is quiet. A lot of things to do, see and go to in walking distance. The room was large and new. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Service was very friendly. We had some requests and the staff helped and made sure it was done.

Cons:

You get two pillows. One was too large for me and the other too small.

Disrupted and shorter than what we planned.
Pros:

The room we were eventually provided after convincing the staff about the incident was good. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

We arrived the day after our reservation due to significant train disruption from Copenhagen. Our room wasn’t ready? The hotel staff told us the room had been given to someone else even though I kept them informed about the disruption to our arrival. This was disappointing.

Cons:

The lunch buffet was good and reasonably priced. However, I was disappointed that the price didn't include even a coffee, tea, or dessert. I believe these should be included as part of the buffet experience.
