Pros:

De ligging van het hotel. En de aardige receptioniste.

Cons:

De kamer van mijn ouders was constant te warm. Ondanks verwarming uitzetten en ramen open. Zo rond de 23 graden of warmer. En snachts hoorde je steeds een bepaald geluid. Alsof iets steeds aansloeg. Heel irritant.

Pros:

The room was fabulous. Super spacious. Will definitely add this to my list of places to stay while in Berlin.

Cons:

Only downer was the sauna was not working. It was a cold rainy day and was really looking forward to a warm sauna sweat.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta e gentilezza. Eravamo al primo piano ma ottima insonorizzazione dai rumori della strada.

Cons:

Colazione non all'altezza del prezzo. Ottima la pulizia ma necessita di una rinfrescata dei muri e tende.

Eine gute Wahl für einen längeren Berlin-Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Alexander Plaza liegt optimal in Berlin Mitte. Mit der S-Bahn Haltestelle Hackeschen Markt und der Bushaltestelle an der Karl-Liebknechtstrasse, nahe Alex, in nächster Nähe ist das Hotel sehr gut an ÖPV angebunden.
Das Hotel wurde erst vor wenigen Jahren restauriert und verfügt über grosszügige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Räume (Lobby, Bar, Frühstücksraum).
Unsere Suite war gut geschnitten und belichtet, funktional möbliert. Wir fühlen uns wohl.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und frisch. Das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich.
Ein besonderes Lob gebührt dem fachkompetenten und sympathischen Barman T.!

Cons:

Minuspunkt in der Suite: das Badezimmer verfügt über keine ebenerdige Duschkabine, sondern lediglich eine Badewanne mit unbequemem Duschteil.
Gewundert haben wir uns, dass in einem Hotel mit "Greenlabel" in einer Suite ein PVC-Bodenbelag in Eichenoptik verlegt wurde...der leider bereits Wellen wirft.

Pros:

Cosy room in central location.

Cons:

Very small and tight parking. You can barely get out of the car after parking.
Plenty of mold under the shower which was very surprising and disappointing about a hotel of this rating.
