Just honestly amazing would recommend anyone to stay here.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful very friendly, the location was amazing just round the corner from everything you would like to see, the room was exceptional I have no complaints at all.

Mooie kamer en dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden. Ontbijt was ook lekker.

Cons:

Dat er geen kledingkast was maar met 3 overnachtingen is dat niet zo erg.
Wel een grote bedbank waar je de koffer op kon laten liggen.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, junto a la isla de los museos y la estación Hackescher Markt que tiene conexión directa con toda la ciudad y otras conexiones además del Aeropuerto.

En general esta bien, quizas algo caro.

La ubicación es ideal para recorrer todos los puntos turísticos dentro del ex lado este de Berlín.
El hotel es muy cómodo y decorado modernamente.

Cons:

Durante dos días se rompió el ascensor y tuvimos que bajar maletas desde un cuarto piso.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, großes Zimmer, Bequeme Betten, Mit geschlossenem Fenster ruhig, Super zentrale Lage, Personal super nett, Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück in schönem Ambiente

Cons:

Zimmerservice war zumindest an 2 Tagen sehr nachlässig; Hotel hat das aber finanziel ausgeglichen. Das war vermutlich eine Ausnahme, weil ansonsten alles passte

Fijn hotel voor een stedentrip naar Berlijn
Pros:

Erg fijne ligging, wel rustig maar toch dichtbij alle metro-verbindingen. Kamers waren heel schoon en goed uitgerust. Erg fijn verblijf voor een stedentrip naar Berlijn. Ook fijn dat het raam open kon, zodat de temperatuur ‘s nachts te demoen was.

Cons:

De wifi was echt vreselijk slecht, er was totaal geen ontvangst.

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist vor allem die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals! Rezeption, Zimmerservice, Frühstückspersonal (besonders hervorzuheben ist hier ein Herr im Frühstücksraum, der uns wirklich sehr aufmerksam betreut hat), alle waren sehr nett!
Ich hatte im Vorfeld um ein Zimmer mit getrennten Betten auf der Rückseite des Hotels gebeten und unser Wunsch wurde erfüllt! Das Zimmer ist hübsch eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts! Der Frühstücksraum (das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig) befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in einem Wintergarten, der den Blick auf die hübsche Fassade des Hotels zulässt. Überhaupt ist das Hotel sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Spa und Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend! Alexanderplatz, Berliner Dom, Humboldt Forum und natürlich die Hackeschen Höfe sowie die S-Bahn sind fußläufig bestens erreichbar.
