El personal, en especial los del desayuno.

Cons:

El hotel está mal clasificado, no es un 4 estrellas !!! El mobiliario muy vetusto. El inodoro perdía agua, el lavatorio también. El control de la TV no funcionaba. Cuando informé todo esto no me cobraron el late check out. Soy una persona mayor y no había una persona para ayudar con el equipaje teniendo en cuenta que en el loby hay una escalera.

La struttura è un po’ vecchia. Però fruisce di una posizione molto centrale e comoda. Lo staff è gentile. La colazione è sufficiente.

Hotel con excelente ubicación con la posibilidad de ir caminando por el barrio o tomar un bus, que pasan a 50 mts sobre Av Santa Fe.
El personal super atento. Muy buen desayuno buffet. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Limpieza 10 puntos.
Buena relación precio-calidad.

La ubicación está bastante bien.

Cons:

Bastante desaseada la habitación, con motas y pelusas de mugre, y pelos en el piso y cortina de baño. Basta te ruido de cañerías, se siente todo y también ruido de otras habitaciones. El desayuno un caos porque justo nos tocó grupos de niños y grupos de huéspedes que arrebatan todo.
