Decepcionante para un hotel que se dice de 4 estrellas

La buena ubicación, a un paso de la 9 de Julio y Santa Fe.

Cons:

Sin ayuda para subir y bajar maletas, nos dió la bienvenida una araña sobre la cabecera, tuve que matarla e inspeccionar todo, claramente la limpieza no es la adecuada, polvo en esquinas y en marcos de ventana y cortinas. Cortinas que se atoran y dificultan abrir la ventana, los marcos de la ventana necesitan un plumerazo mínimo. Al llegar tuvimos que pedir que limpien las esquinas de la tina, y se nos cayó 2 veces la barra a presión de la cortina de baño. Desayuno olvidable, ni las medialunas eran buenas, secas apermasadas la mayoria de días el jugo de naranja no era 100% natural, la lavanderia del hotel me lavó una pijama blanca de algodón pima nueva con una prenda roja y me la dejó rosada. Se tenía derecho a entrar a la piscina del hotel de la misma marca a unos metros, un desastre, sucia y mal mantenida, con razón no había nadie en un día muy soleado. No volveré ni recomendaré este hotel. Hay mejores a 100 metros a la redonda.

Breakfast is very good, both health and unhealrht options available. Our mattress was surprisingly firm, very rare nowadays. Pillows and sheets were above expectations.
