Pros:

La amabilidad del personal , muy empaticos .

Cons:

Que no me atendieran nunca el teléfono, queríamos realizar unas peticiones y no fue posible comunicarse con el hotel , en unos de los intentos de llamada me derivo con el otro hotel y me atendió un recepcionista super maleducado , que estaba con gente y no podía atenderme .
