El estado de las toallas era lamentable:muy gastadas,manchadas y todas deshilachado.El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido,por tal motivo no lo podíamos tener encendido durante la noche y hacía muchísima calor

I didn’t get a response to my request o check in earlier, requested due to my flight scheduled in the evening of 14 February, same day as the check in, and needing the accommodation for a shower an a short rest until evening, when I checked out; due to the lack of a response from the hotel, I spent long hours in the airport
