won’t be returning. needs a massive renovation and new look lobby looks nice but that’s it

hotel is sooooo old! not what you will expect for a “ Taj” they put is in some standard room where i payed for executive, my kids was down the hall. very disappointed. Duty manager she was fantastic and she made it special on the last few nights

A beautiful property let down by service inconsistencies that one doesn’t usually associate with the Taj experience.
Pros:

Excellent location and a well-maintained property overall, the building and public areas reflect the elegance one associates with the Taj name.

Cons:

Service warmth and housekeeping detail didn’t quite match Taj standards on this stay. No welcome drink or even water offered at check-in despite the summer heat, room cleanliness could have been sharper, and a la carte breakfast items took 30 minutes to arrive.

Friendly staff, good location for sights, shopping plaza in walking distance. Breakfast was good and a la carte lunch and dinner was lovely. Food prices are a bit more pricey than other hotels but still reasonable.
