Taj Hospitality Was Missing During My Recent Stay
Pros:

I ihave always associated Taj with exceptional hospitality and high standards of service. However, during this stay, I was disappointed to find that the experience did not meet those expectations.

the quality of breakfast was below standard. The food lacked freshness and variety, and the overall dining experience was not satisfactory. Additionally, I found the level of hospitality and service to be inconsistent and not in line with the renowned Taj standards.

This was quite surprising and disappointing, especially given the reputation of Taj for excellence...

Pros:

Our stay at your CH property was a satisfying experience. Warm staff. Beautiful property. Delicious food. Good room. Wonderful staff.
Virender, Ram n Rahul at door were exceptional. Pankaj at d restaurant humble, smiling n ever helpful.
We left a bag in the room. Chinchilla was kind enough to offer help to send d bag.
Overall my family n I had a great experience n we are surely returning soon

Poor redemption experience
Pros:

Taj Chandigarh does not represent Taj ethos.
Very poor taj vouchers redemption experience.
AC in the room despite ambient temp being comfortable was not effective.
Too. Much of noise from the repairs being done
Have been used to Taj hospitality in mumbai Chennai bangalore hyderabad etc which is par excellence. But Taj Chandigarh people need a lot of grounding in Taj ethos

Excellent Stay at Taj
Pros:

Excellent hotel with great customer service and cuisine. The rooms are very comfortable and the overall ambiance is like a boutique hotel.
The duty manager Ayesha is a class act and leaves no stone unturned to make the guests feel welcome

Excellent stay. Love the location. Lava Bar, Dera restaurant and cafe are great. Room was near clean and had all the amenities. Great stay overall.
