Would recommend to anyone staying in Chandigarh.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great reception staff, you feel instantly welcomed and at ease. Rooms are a good size. We had 3 children in one of the rooms and they didn't feel squeezed in. Pool area is nicely maintained.

Cons:

The restaurants could do with improvements. We used a la carte service. We had a slow service at lunch, had to ask for things like napkins and we did not enjoy parts of our evening meal. The reception staff were really good to rectify when we mentioned at check out.

The outer door of minibar was broken and there is a mosquito in the room which disturbed the sleep whole night.

Pros:

Hospitality is nice as one would expect from the Taj group. Multi cuisine restaurant serves delicious Indian food but can have a few continental options too.Pankaj, kamaljeet are very prompt in their service and are sweet natured . The bon voyage surprise cake by Chef Mohit made us feel special.
The Chinese restaurant though has a good ambience but needs a better professional service from the staff . Also the food quality in this particular restaurant can be made better.
The morning classical music played by a very talented classical artist is a special attraction and should not be missed.

Pros:

The staff were absolutely lovely. The reception and reception staff and Duty Manager went out of their way to help us. It was my son's birthday while we were there which they made very special for him.

I gotta say something about the pool .IT was great .Overall our stay was amazing .
Pros:

So the breakfast was amazing.The breakfast had a lot of variety ,And in dinner we ordered room service ,The food was great .The room was so spacious and we got the pool side view which was even better.
