Pros:

Pankaj, Nishant, Ganesh, Vikas, Akshay, Geetika, and Raju were all extremely helpful and kind. Their attention to every minute detail truly reflects the high standards of this place. Exceptional Hospitality & Impeccable Housekeeping by Harjit Kaur

We had a wonderful stay, made even more special by Harjit Kaur, the Housekeeping Supervisor. Her warm, caring, and professional treatment truly stood out throughout our visit. The housekeeping standards were excellent — everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and always thoughtfully arranged. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Thank you, Harjit Kaur, for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

Excellent experience
Pros:

Experience was excellent. I stayed with my family including wife and kids. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful including Ms. Harjeet Kaur ji, Ms. Mansi Pandey ji and others.

We received a very warm welcome. Special arrangements were made for celebrating our achievements, which was a surprise for us. Taj is a brand name for Excellence and we experienced the same with the extreme professionalism displayed by Ms. Harjeet Kaur ji and Ms. Mansi Pandey ji and other staff members.

The staff were very sweet to the entire family. Food and service was excellent. It’s a memorable stay. Very strongly recommended.

Nothing really except the location.

Cons:

The hotel was old and decrepit. Stains all over the room. The bedside lamp was broken. The room locker was not working and the technician spent an hour repairing it. The good night mosquitoe repellant was empty. No Bath mat 😞 n the tub where one had to stand and take a shower. Request to the reception had no response. someone is bound to slip.
Breakfast was average . But service was absent.
Met the chief manager -operations and let him know my opinion.
Take heed. Do not destroy the good name of Taj group of hotels.
Have also put my opinion down on Twitter.
