personnel agréable, compréhensif et professionnel

Cons:

Travaux de rénovation dans un local mitoyen à la chambre (9 h à 16 h)
Autres travaux de construction d'un immeuble également mitoyen à l'hôtel ( 8h30 à 17 heures !!)

Tout celà peut s'envisager à condition de prévenir le client (alors qu'une chambre calme avait été pieusement souhaitée lors de la réservation sur booking !!!)

Pros:

L'Hotel est trés lumineux, il y a beaucoup d'espace . Les chambres sont grandes.

Cons:

Les oreillers ne sont pas confortables car trop petits.
La serrure de notre chambre devrait être réparée en particulier la chaine de sureté qui était cassée.

Kan beter en zeker voor dit geld.
Pros:

Het ontbijt en de locatie zijn goed.

Cons:

Er zaten vreemde vlekken op het bed. De verlichting werkte niet goed. De afstelling warm/koud water in de douche werkte niet. Al met al kleine dingen die opgeteld het verblijf niet beter maakten. Jammer, een gemiste kans. Het hotel heeft eigenlijk een aanpassing aan de tijd nodig.
