Pros:

Een ontzettend slechte ervaring bij Occidental Paris Levallois. Ik zou dit hotel absoluut niet aanraden.

Tijdens ons verblijf werden we al vroeg in de ochtend geconfronteerd met enorm veel geluidsoverlast door bouwwerkzaamheden direct naast het hotel. Rond 07:00 uur begon het lawaai al. Boren, bouwen en harde geluiden terwijl je juist voor een hotel betaalt om normaal te kunnen slapen en uitrusten. Dit heeft ons verblijf flink verpest.

Maar het ergste vind ik de manier waarop het hotel daarna met ons is omgegaan. Het hotel heeft mij €64 terugbetaling toegezegd. Inmiddels zijn we weken verder en heb ik mijn geld nog steeds niet ontvangen.

Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen. Iedere keer krijg je weer een ander verhaal of word je naar iemand anders doorgestuurd. “Die persoon is er later”, “je moet bij iemand anders zijn”, “we komen erop terug”… maar uiteindelijk gebeurt er helemaal niets. Zelfs op mijn e-mail werd niet fatsoenlijk gereageerd.

Het gaat mij inmiddels niet eens alleen meer om die €64, maar om de manier waarop je als gast behandeld wordt. Als een hotel een terugbetaling toezegt, moet het die afspraak gewoon nakomen. Een gast wekenlang achter zijn eigen geld aan laten gaan vind ik buitengewoon onprofessioneel.

Slechte communicatie, enorme geluidsoverlast door bouwwerkzaamheden en een toegezegde terugbetaling die niet wordt uitgevoerd. Voor mij was dit verblijf één groot circus.

1/10. Absoluut niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Ik raad dit hotel niet aan.

Pros:

昔からこちらのホテルは仕事で使っていたこともあり旅行の際も気に入って使っています。広々とした客室、静かな環境、駅近、オペラまで直通のメトロ、モノプリはホテルから徒歩2分、バスタブ付きの部屋と大満足です。
今回子供達も初めて連れて行きましたがまた泊まりたいと言っていました。また次のパリ旅行の際も使わせていただきます！今回は朝食なしのプランでしたが、前回は朝食付きでこちらも良かったです。

Cons:

いつもチェックインに時間がかかります。もう少しスムーズに進めていただけたら嬉しいです。

Très dommage car à l’époque d’evergreen c’était beaucoup mieux
Pros:

Cet établissement est très bien situé par rapport à sa situation géographique pour notre visite à Levallois . Cet établissement présente une belle surface au sol pour la chambre comme à notre précédente venue dans cet hôtel.

Cons:

Ce qui nous a fortement déplu sont plusieurs points :
•un seul peignoir pour une chambre de 3
•une baignoire rafistolée et aussi glissante qu’une patinoire (mon épouse ayant déjà subi un polytrauma de sa cheville nous avons dû être 2 pour l’aider à se laver les pieds et sortir de ce moment pénible)
•une télévision qui n’a pas fonctionné car soit disant un problème général de l’établissement mais le matin il y’avait BFM TV qui fonctionnait dans la salle des petits déjeuners et notre télé le matin ne fonctionnait toujours pas
•manque de prise et une prise de charge type usb intégré à la table de chevet qui ne fonctionnait pas non plus devant m’éclairer, recharger mon smartphone et devant me brancher pour faire fonctionner mon appareil de VNi (appareil pour lutter contre les apnées du sommeil)
•au buffets des petits déjeuners nous avons dû écarter les œufs brouillés, les saucisses et les morceaux de bacon qui été trop secs et trop douteux .
