Lovely characteristic property, nice breakfasts and a great location for the city.
Pros:

Lovely character property in a superb position for exploring the city of Varna.
They organised a taxi and a take away breakfast for the airport run.

Cons:

Room facilities described in booking.com were not 100% accurate.
We had a debate and a stand off almost when requesting a kettle and cups as these are in with the room on the booking info. This one member of staff was rude. The lady on our second to last day was superb and pleasant.

Стаите бяха просторни, чисти и удобни. Локацията е в самия център на града.Обслужването бе на ниво.
Закуската не бе много разнообразна, но предложеното бе вкусно.

Cons:

Едната стая имаше проблем с отоплението и бе хладно през нощта.

Perfektion sucht etwas mehr Glanz
Pros:

Die Lage ist so perfekt, egal wie, es geht nicht besser. Direkt am Knotenpunkt aller Buslinien inkl. Airliner. Direkt 20 Meter von der Fußgängerzone und direkt an der größten Sehenswürdigkeit und doch ruhig. wir geben 12 von 10 Punkte. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, für die Kategorie angemessen. Bett lag sehr tief, aber sehr bequem und man hatte schmerzfreien Schlaf. Bedenkt diese Faktoren und schaut sich an was nicht so gut war, dann ist dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlende.

Cons:

Kommt man ins Hotel rein läuft man über einen Teppich auf dem der Hotelname steht mit 4 Sterne. Wer so hoch hinaus will muss abliefern. Das Frühstück ist sehr schlicht. habe bei 2 Sterne schon mehr Auswahl in Bulgarien erlebt. Kein Kaffee, Tee, Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer ist bissel schwach. Als wir kamen befand sich in der Ecke eine Tomate auf dem Boden. Wir haben sie beobachtet. 3 Tage später ist sie zwar nicht weggelaufen, wurde aber auch nicht weggeräumt. Shampoo und Duschgel gabs auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Personal war 50% sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber die andere hälfte sehr in sich gekehrt und schüchtern ruhig.
Leute, in eigener Sache. Ihr stellt eure Bewertungen aus und zur Schau. Habt ihr nicht bemerkt, dass die Punkte immer weniger werden? Ihr habt das Potential ganz oben mitzumischen. Bissel mehr investieren, nehmt halt 3 Euro mehr die Nacht und ich bin sicher ihr habt bald 9,5 Punkte.

Zentral Lage, mein Zimmer war riesig für allein. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Frühstück. Auswahl ist schlecht. Fleischprodukte sind billigste Sorte, nicht geniessbar. Am Abend ist Zimmer ziemlich dunkel.
