Very nice hotel in a very nice location.
Pros:

The location was great, right in the city center. The staff were very helpful. The room was big and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was much nicer than I expected.

Cons:

There are a few stairs you have to take to get into the reception area and a few more to get to the elevator. The neighborhood around the hotel is a little busy.

I liked the location, the size of the room

Cons:

Dust in the room. The curtains need change. When i came back to my room at 14:00 i found 2 days in the row , the door unlocked. The cleaning staff had left the door unlocked. I complained to the reception. They need to be more careful with the cleaning of the room. Not very professional, if you find hairs in the bathroom from the beginning.

A great place to stay to Jumpstart your stat in Varna
Pros:

Spacious room with sofa to stretch out after a full day of exploring the city or returning from day tour. Breakfast was exceptional, changing some items each day for variety. Location is perfect for walking to points of interest or to catch bus to areas further away in the city and beyond.

Cons:

Not being able to control temperature in the room.

Varit på detta hotell tidigare,tycker om läget

Cons:

Sämre städning. Fick betala 5 Euro extra om vi ville ha rummet 50 min innan incheckning. Tyckte vi var dåligt då vi bott där 4 gånger

Location was very good. Breakfast with good choice and friendly personal.

Cons:

Only one free plug for charge available in the room. Low Lights in the room. Dust not cleaned.
