Άνετο, καθαρό δωμάτιο σε βολική τοποθεσία, απέναντι από τον καθεδρικό ναό στην αρχή του πεζόδρομου. Εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό, μας βοήθησε με το πάρκινγκ και μας πρότεινε μέρη να επισκεφθούμε.

Pros:

Hotel di bella atmosfera, anche se un po' passata. Ottima posizione per visitare la città, l'autobus per l'aeroporto ferma proprio sotto l'hotel.

Cons:

Letto scomodissimo, materasso troppo molle per evidente usura, da rinnovare.

Poziția centrală, arhitectura clădirii, mobilierul deosebit, decorațiunile interioare într-un stil clasic, camera confortabilă. Micul dejun gustos. Doamna de la recepție din ziua sosirii noastre, 26 august, a fost foarte amabilă și receptivă la solicitările noastre.

Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα στον καθεδρικό ναό στο κέντρο της πόλης και ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια από την παραλία, ευγενικό προσωπικό, πολύ μεγάλο δωμάτιο με σαλόνι και συνδρομητική τηλεόραση.

Cons:

Ίσως θα ήθελα λίγο πιο πλούσιο πρωινό με μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία στις επιλογές.

Soggiorno molto piacevole in una struttura curata, accogliente e con un personale davvero gentile. La colazione è ottima, varia e preparata con attenzione: un modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata.

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la camera iniziale, ma il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e professionale nel risolverlo subito, offrendoci una sistemazione superiore. Questo gesto è stato molto apprezzato.

Proprio per questo, spero che in futuro ci sia ancora più attenzione nella preparazione delle camere, così da evitare situazioni simili. Lo Splendid Boutique Hotel ha tutte le qualità per garantire un’esperienza impeccabile, e con un po’ di cura in più può davvero raggiungere l’eccellenza.

A very pleasant stay in a charming and welcoming boutique hotel. The staff is genuinely kind and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent — varied, fresh, and a great way to start the day.

We experienced a small issue with our first room, but the team handled it with great professionalism and kindness, immediately offering us a superior room. We truly appreciated their prompt assistance.

Because of this, I hope the hotel will pay extra attention to room preparation in the future, to avoid similar situations. The Splendid Boutique Hotel has everything it takes to offer an impeccable experience, and with just a bit more care it can easily reach excellence.

Il personale dell'hotel molto disponibile e gentile. Si sono sempre prontamente adoperate per aiutarci a risolvere alcuni imprevisti. Ottima colazione. Ubicazione della struttura centrale. C'è un parcheggio di fronte alla struttura a pagamento

Cons:

Unici problemi riscontrati sono il materasso troppo morbido quindi probabilmente usurato dall'utilizzo e la seduta del divano che avevamo in camera era molto scomoda in quanto si affossava eccessivamente.
