Nothing
Very bad experience. Checking in we had to get moved three times because none of the rooms were acceptable (strobing lights, toilet won’t flush), and it seems like every single fabric surface is stained; the desk chair, the guest chair, the carpet, all coated with a mysterious white liquid stain. Absolutely disgusting, bring your own sheets. Front desk worker was the only redeeming part of the experience, Miguel worked so hard to find us a room that was actually ready for guests, and made sure we were settled well.
The room was clean. Staff was friendly
Continental breakfast very disappointing. We've never seen bacon so thin, almost invisible. Only egg was western omelet without cheese. Half cooked potatoes. Lucky for us, close places to get breakfast. Bathroom light that flickers.
I've stayed here in the past, but now rooms need attention. Not enough light in the main part of the room - just one wall fixture (with one of 2 bulbs burned out) and what looked like a college desk lamp. Very noisy at night, with doors slamming, etc. (not from other travelers raising a ruckus.) Noise issues may have been exacerbated by it being a handicap room, but they need to work on this. Tub area wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Main shower head didn't work properly. On the plus side, staff members were nice and lobby still looks good, but Fairfield Inn is probably a better value for the money in Frederick at this point.

Breakfast was good
I was placed in a room next to the elevators and could hear the beeping of them all night and was woke up super early by them again. I came for relaxation…not to hear beeping all night.
Stayed 3 nights in April to visit family. Hotel was excellent. Nice clean room and very good breakfast. Water pressure was my only complaint. We will stay again in the future.
Clean and spacious rooms, friendly front desk staff. The only negative for us was the breakfast. Nice dining area, but the food was not good.
