Nestled in the park, this property enjoys a panoramic location. A spacious, ground-floor room overlooks the garden. A generous breakfast buffet is available.
Cleanliness, or rather, the lack thereof. At dinner, the dining room had all sorts of things on the floor/carpet (crumbs, paper, balls of dust). At breakfast the next day, the same annoying and disturbing situation occurred. One wonders why.
Note regarding dinner: we had to send back the fish dish because it smelled bad. The dining room manager, after some hesitation, replaced the dish without including it in the bill.
The final assessment for these aspects, which ruined our stay, can only be completely inadequate.
Definitely not a good memory.
Friendly staff, efficient check in, nice bar area and bar snacks.
Bed was a little uncomfortable
Main disappointment was the quality of the breakfast for the money £21. We got there at 08:45 and the selections were limited and the coffee machine not working properly. The shower room was too cramped and water too easily crept around the screen into the dry area.
Nice Hotel, clean and comfortable, good parking, food (bar) was great.
nothing really
Great location and staff.
Rooms was sparse and a bit bland. Stayed in deluxe double. Could have done with a coat hook by door. A fridge even. Not much on walls. Breakfast was disappointing that it was nit real juice. It was juice drinks which were like squash. Not good. Also took £150 from the bank as a holding fee in case we bought anythung. So we were out of packet by tha money for the length of our stay. Again not good.
Stayed here for 2 nights with a Travelzoo deal. The hotel and our Executive room was lovely. Service was excellent throughout the hotel. We really enjoyed our inclusive dinner on the first night and felt the food was beautifully presented and of good quality.
The only downside of our stay was the wet and windy weather!
Definitely would recommend a stay here
The bar staff were friendly. Grounds were lovely. Room ok, but not great compared to others we’ve stayed in. They also took £50 extra for each day we were staying, not just taking the card details but taking the full amount from the bank on top of the cost of the stay.
We reported a fault with the toilet, it wasn’t fixed when we were there despite being told it would be when we were out and being repeated to reception on the days we stayed. Not only have they not returned the ‘holding fee’ they deducted, they’re trying to charge more for a toilet that wasn’t working properly before we got there.
The reception and restaurant staff were exceptional.

Lovely room, very comfortable king bed, pretty grounds with places to sit. The back area looks out over the river. Plenty of dining options, pubs etc close at hand. Highly recommended
All good
Liked: cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We were lucky enough to hold our wedding at The Oatlands Park Hotel. We had a celebratory meal in the Garden Room. We also stayed in the Superior Deluxe Room. It was a very hot day, fortunately the hotel has air conditioning which was wonderful. The room was very clean and a very comfortable bed. The food for the wedding meal was delicious. We can’t fault the staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly. We would like to say a very special thank you to Lorna from the Events team Matthew and Mikey. We are so happy we booked Oatlands Park Hotel to celebrate our special day and would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you Debbie and Alan
Great location with easy access to central London and parks in south London. Locally they have plenty green areas and things like Mercedes Benz World.
Breakfast is brilliant, feels quite lux with the options and settings in the restaurant.
Nice and friendly staffs. Bar is great even we don’t drink alcohol.
Bit simple in the room and I am too small in size to use the mirror in the bathroom properly. However view from the room is great.
Service, cleanliness, character of the property and peaceful surroundings.
