Lovely building, room was great value and breakfast was good. All staff we came across were friendly and accommodating.

The place is quiet, nice and with a park around the building. The room was clean, spacious and warm enough. I would visit again.

My wife and I spent a night at the Oatlands Park Hotel for our wedding anniversary. Once the staff knew it was our anniversary our room was upgraded to a lovely suite, they placed flower petals and a heart made of towels on the bed and they gave us a glass of complimentary prosecco and mini desserts at dinner. All of the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel is very grand, surrounded by ancient trees and it has a lake at the rear. Our room was very tastefully decorated and had all the facilities we needed. The bathroom was particularly lovely with a standalone bath and a large walk -in shower. The food at dinner was very enjoyable and the breakfast generous and varied.
The only small negatives are that our room was on the top floor and there isn't a lift so some people might struggle with this. Also, the hotel is advertised as sitting in 10 acres but only a relatively small area is available for guests to enjoy.
Location, facilities and beautiful breakfast.
Credit card was wrongly charged. A charge rather than a pre-authorisation was taken. Staff were not helpful on getting this resolved and had to wait over seven days for it to be rectified.
Breakfast lovely . Location good
We were upgraded to a suite overlooking the lake. It was truly Wonderfull.
The booking system for dinner told us that there was no availability. I called and the staff looked at the web site and said there was no availability. When were got there we found that the place was nearly empty. So we had dinner there and had a vegetarian delight. There service at the table was partilculary good.
All after many times I go there

Location makes travel easy to almost anywhere in Greater London. Even though the area is full of life in its direct location the hotel rooms are nice and quiet
Clean and tidy staff was very helpful
Large room, friendly and helpful staff and nice atmosphere
Pillows were very uncomfortable.
Dining room was uncomfortably hot at breakfast.
Clean property , great room and great service.
Beautiful hotel and rooms. Easy location and car parking. We stay often when visiting family in Woking. We received a room upgrade to one of the suites, which was very beautiful and spacious. Staff are always friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying again.
