Lovely staff but hotel not quite as expected
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good

Cons:

Our lake view room wasn’t quite as expected, there is a mini shopping center in between the hotel and the lake so the view was only really visible when standing up on the balcony. Our air conditioning wasn’t working properly after our first night and after reporting it 5 times we finally got moved to a new room.

A wonderful stay by Lake Bled
Pros:

Lovely reception staff (Lea), breakfast was amazing, really comfortable beds, lovely pillows and very clean, location was so good!! Pool was lovely too
