Ok overall. High pricing
Pros:

The property was ok overall except They gave us a stinking room with noise coming from the fan. The room’s lock was not in a working condition. Had to call the receptionist many times to get the basic toiletries.
They gave us better room later on post complaining. But toiletries and towels were delivered at night.

Cons:

The staff were friendly and since it is a new property the quality of room was also fine.

Location and Rooms

Cons:

The service should be improved. Before checking the required staff, the manager needs to do a Quality check to ensure everything is cleaned and the welcome kit and towels are in place. TV is working or not and other things.

Pros:

Hot water was provided

Cons:

Dirty bedding, No ventilation. Sewage smell outside window. Wall was wet and not painted. Totally did not match with the photos shown while booking .
Breakfast was not good so we didnt have . We booked at 2000inr but it was only worth 1000inr.

The bedding was very old, and the pillow given was very old , torn, and black.
The tea kit was not provided .
The water was not bottled and was normal water.
Hot water was not available 24×7 and only 4 hours in the morning
The food service was very late, and the quality was also not up to the mark
The walls of the room were very damp and wet
The utensils given in the room were not clean
No landline was given on room to connect to reception
Frequent power cuts
Soap was not provided next to basin
The floor mat in front of the bathroom had stains and could not imagine wiping our feet
Room service was very slow

Pros:

One of the best option at this price range in this area. Room was clean staff are helpful. Room has all the basic needs. There's a guy named chandrakant who really help me a lot from check in to check out

Stay was good.
Pros:

First day only poha was given with tea but second day upma and puri bhaji which was good. The restaurant did not looked as it is on the site. There are no indoor games as shown on the site.

Cons:

The structure of the hotel is beautiful but not maintain well. cleanliness is ok which can be done better. Place can be done more beautiful with some lovely plants of Mahableshwar. Wash basin tap was loose and towel handle was not proper. Bath towels were not provided.
