Pros:

Very convenient to the interstate, restaurants, and gas stations. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast as well.

Love this place
Pros:

The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The facility and the rooms were clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was good with Cracker Barrel adjacent and most anything else you could want within a mile or so. Indoor pool has mobility lift. Breakfast is adequate.

Cons:

The sitting area furniture is institutional and uncomfortable. We're old farts used to comfort and support of our recliners. There's a love seat, club chair and office chair. However, this is our favorite hotel in Gainesville and we always try to stay here when we come so it's not a major factor.

The rate was at least double due to a softball tourney in town. Not worth $400 night but staff was friendly and they had a small breakfast w hot food.
