Pros:

The staff were great. Coffee 24/7 is great. Breakfast was awesome. The air conditioner was right on degrees.

Cons:

The indoor pool was over chlorinated. Could not go out there due to stinging eyes and smell. The room could have been cleaner.

Cons:

The AC was ridiculously noisy that we couldn’t get almost any sleep (and it was too hot to keep it off) and considering you book an hotel to rest makes no sense to put something so noisy in a room. Then what’s the point of mentioning in the description “there might be additional charge for pets” like if it’s not a certain thing…and considering it’s a fixed charge at least be transparent and say how much you are going to charge on the reservation process or in the hotel description considering is 50$. The included breakfast was extremely poor…honestly you expect something much better from a Radisson hotel…never more

It was an okay stay.
Pros:

It’s a decent property.

Cons:

The Morgan Wallen concert was going on and it was extremely overpriced. The hotel was so noisy from the other guests it was hard to sleep. In the morning a car alarm went off for almost an hour right next to our room.

My blankets has hairs and some black little dead bugs stuck to them, in the morning housekeepers are very loud ( female) was on the phone ( speaker on) conversation was so loud it woke me up and it when on forever
