Pros:

Cadre magnifique, personnel au petits soins, cale, reposant, des plat excellents a commander a la cartes, des massages au top perché au dessus des rochers, un vrai petit coin de paradis et l'un des plus beau souvenir de mon voyage au vietnam, merci.

Pros:

Very good and quiet location, relaxing common area with bar and restaurant area.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Provided bikes on site and directons to nearby attractions as well as optional tours included.

Cons:

The location was not the most convenient and quite far from many attractions. Even with the bikes/scooters on site it is not the easiest or close to navigate to.
There were some insects, mainly ants making their way into the cabin and the mattress was on the floor so not the most comfortable.

Nice stay if you want to relax
Pros:

It’s a pretty place with a well looked after garden.

Our room had a small pool which was very nice. The room was beautiful and confortable. Special mention to Ly who was very attentive and kind.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from Tam Coc city but quite close to Trang An Boat Station.

In any case, you need a motorbike (you can rent it at the hotel) and the road is very bumpy.

We had to fill up the pool every time before using it and it takes ages.

Séjour agréable avec un personnel aux petits soins
Pros:

L’environnement est très agréable en pleine nature. Le personnel est adorable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux et servi dans un très beau cadre. La salle de bain et les toilettes sont propres.

Cons:

La piscine n’est pas dans l’établissement même ce qui n’était pas mentionné.
Nous avons un problème avec les aboiements de chiens juste derrière notre bungalow (pour se rendre compte du niveau sonore c’est comme si un chien vous aboyait derrière la tête). Nous logions dans le bungalow près de la salle de bain qui était éclairée ce qui doit attirer les animaux. Les aboiements ont persisté jusqu’à 2h du matin et ont repris à l’aube. Le personnel a décidé d’enfermer leurs chiens pendant la nuit suivante ce qui était très gentil. Mais nous tenons quand même à signaler qu’il y a eu des aboiements aussi la seconde nuit. Pour un séjour parfait, privilégiez les bungalow deluxe.

A peaceful little slice of paradise in Ninh Binh, with wonderful staff, beautiful natural surroundings, and an authentic
Pros:

YThis homestay is a little piece of paradise and a true hidden gem. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our bungalow was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and equipped with much-appreciated air conditioning.

Although it’s a little outside the main Tam Coc area, that’s part of its charm. It’s peaceful, less touristy, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Just be prepared for mosquitoes and frogs, as you’re really immersed in the natural environment.

We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return one day. A quick tip: if you want to use the dip pool, start filling it a few hours beforehand as it takes some time to fill.

Så fint hotell och fantastisk omgivning! Väldigt lugnt och vackert. Fräscht nybyggt poolområde. God frukost och fantastisk personal!
Ly i receptionen var helt otrolig! Alltid glad, trevlig och vill ens bästa :)

Ganska långt till närmsta centrum, men finns Grab att beställa om man vill åka någonstans.

Ho apprezzato particolarmente l’accoglienza dello staff, la disponibilità ad aiutare per rendere fluido il viaggio e la permanenza. La zona è fantastica, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Colazione e in generale cibo molto buono.

Pros:

Es un lugar con mucho encanto, duermes con los sonidos de la naturaleza y es toda una experiencia. Está un poco alejado del centro por lo que es recomendable alquilar una moto.
La comida es buenísima y el personal es muy servicial.
Volvería sin dudarlo.

The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed them a lot, but our stay was fairly uncomfortable given the circumstances.

Location was stunning!

Cons:

Room was much smaller than expected. It only fit the mattress which was on the ground and the only way to stand up straight was to stand on the bed (A frame room). There were also a bunch of critters which was to be expected, but many ants on the ground in our room which was a little disconcerting as we were essentially sleeping on the floor. Additionally, the pool wasn’t in use.

Pros:

Lovely staff, great food, beautiful location and charming bungalows.

Cons:

Some areas were undergoing maintenance (ie the pool, bicycles). The staff were nice to let us use the pool in the resort next door.
