Pros:

The worst experience ever had

We booked and paid for a two-night stay at a rate of approximately $600 per night, expecting a comfortable and well-maintained accommodation suitable for a family holiday. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

On the first night after check-in, we left the hotel and returned late in the evening, only to discover that the air conditioning in our room was not working. Given the very hot and humid weather, this made the room unbearable.

We immediately contacted the after-hours emergency number. The advice we received was careless and unacceptable—we were told to “wait until morning,” despite clearly explaining that the room was too hot to sleep in. After insisting on assistance, an after-hours manager was sent to our room; however, they were unable to fix the issue or provide any practical solution.

As a result, my family and I were forced to spend the night in extremely uncomfortable conditions. What was meant to be a relaxing family holiday turned into a distressing experience due to poor maintenance and lack of effective support from staff.

For a hotel charging premium rates, it is your responsibility to ensure that essential facilities—especially air conditioning—are fully functional prior to guest check-in. The level of service we received fell well

Pros:

When we checked in on Sep 2, the staff on the front was nice and helpful.
When we checked out on Sep 3, those 2 were not sincere and didn’t care when we told them about our problems.

Cons:

The warm water wasn’t enough for us taking showers, we were a group of 3 people. The warm water stopped in the middle when 2nd person taking shower.
Also, the cooking stove is too outdated, it took hours to heat up the water when we cooked.
