Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtet Zimmer, großes Bad, eine kleine Küchenzeile gab es auch. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und dort fehlte es an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Airporthotel in Adlerhof is an excellent option near the Berlin Airport.
Pros:

This is a modern hotel, and the furnishings are on the spartan side. That being said, the room was large, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom comfortable. There was also a comfortable and chair and a desk, which is not always the case in such hotels. The lobby is small, but I was able to sit there in a comfortable chair and read while my room was being cleaned. I didn't try the breakfast buffet because I had to leave so early for the airport. For dinner and lunch there are several very good restaurants in the neighborhood (Greek, Pan-Asian, Italian). The staff were friendly and helpful. Accessible to Central Berlin and the Berlin Airport via the S9 SBahn and located in Zone B.

Cons:

The hotel is a little farther from the S. Adlerhof station than I had hoped, but certainly walkable with luggage. Construction on the S9 line began the day I needed to get to the airport and the signage was confusing, but the stop for the replacement bus turned out to be closer to the hotel than the station was.

Das klimatisierte Zimmer kann man nicht als solches bezeichnen.
Pros:

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht, um während der Hitzewelle mit unserem Säugling bei erträglichen Temperaturen schlafen zu können.
Diese Bewertung bezieht sich daher ausschließlich auf diesen Aspekt. Der Rest war soweit in Ordnung für uns, aber nicht relevant.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage gab es zwar und sie hat auch ein wenig gebracht, aber lange nicht genug. Der Temperaturunterschied zu draußen war nachts maximal 2/3 Grad. Wenn man 40 Grad Celsius entkommen möchte, ist das nicht sehr hilfreich.
Am Schlimmsten ist jedoch, dass es sich um einen Glasmetallbau handelt. Das heißt, es wurde am Morgen trotz Klimaanlage im Zimmer deutlich wärmer als draußen.
Es ist zwar eine Verschattungsanlage verbaut, laut Rezeption hat diese aber noch nie funktioniert.
Ich würde im Sommer daher generell von dem Hotel abraten, bis die Haustechnik wieder repariert wurde.
