Freundliches Personal beim Einchecken (männlich)! Auch im Restaurant sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Auschecken (weiblich) war absolut unfreundlich und wusste auf einmal nichts mehr von einer späteren Abreise!

Pros:

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist ideal für Unternehmungen in der Region Adlershof. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend gross und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Alles in allem waren wir bei beiden Besuchen sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

Gegenüber direkt ein Kaufland, klasse wenn noch etwas fehlt. Genug öffentliche Parkplätze. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir gewünscht das ich einen Kaffee bekommen hätte können bei der Anreise. Wärend der Frühstückszeiten gibt es an der Rezeption Kaffee und Tee. Wäre schön wenn es das den ganzen Tag gäbe, da es ja im Zimmer keine Wasserkocher gibt zB.
