Great location, excellent service.
Pros:

This is a great hotel in a perfect location. We requested a lake view in advance and had a lovely suite with a perfect view (room 232). The room was clean and well prepared. All of the hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful. The food and service at dinner and breakfast was excellent. It is great value for money, if you look closely there are a few parts that are tired but if it was perfect you would pay a lot more and the most important things are all done very well.

- توفر مواقف السيارات وما يحتاج تروح تبحث عن موقف ( برسوم )
- الموقع جميل جدا وقريب من كل الاماكن الجميلة والخدمات ومقابل البحيرة
- كنت ابحث عن تجربة القارب في البحيرة و الفندق لديهم خدمة تأجير القوارب وباسعار منافسة وتجربة افضل ( بحسب بحثي ومقارنة الاسعار مع شركات التاجير والاشخاص الي يعرضون عليك تأجير القوارب امام البحيرة )
- الطاقم كانو جداً محترمين وخدومين

Pros:

We booked a lake-view room, but it was extremely small. The room’s interior was horrible and tasteless, and it did not reflect the charm of the historic building at all. We were very disappointed.

Everything !! Was a beautiful hotel , picture perfect and old world charm ! The rooms were spacious and luxurious , just what you would expect staying in Lake Como ! Convenient to everything ! Loved it ❤️
