Wir waren schon einige male da und kommen auch sehr gerne immer wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist Perfekt. Man kann das Auto direkt vor dem Hotel Parkieren.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück in einem sehr schönen Raum ist ausgezeichnet mit vielen frischen Speisen und auch da, eine sehr freundliche Bedienung.
Hier ist man noch Gast.

Pros:

Good location if you want to be in como. Excellent breakfast

Cons:

Room although clean very basic. Bed and bedding poor quality. Towels also very rough. Also did not get to spend much time asleep as alarm sounded at 4am and it took staff over an hour to turn off,, with very little communication, for what was a false alarm.

Best hotel location in Como.
Pros:

The location was excellent being on the water-front and close to the ferry. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant menu was geared toward a particiular type of clientele. It made me want to explore food offerings elsewhere.

Pros:

Lokacija, stil, priroda, osoblje koje ispunjava sve zelje, arhitektura, dobar dorucak.

Cons:

Interijer ne prati vanjsku ljepotu, po meni hotel je spreman za obnovu iznutra. Cekanje na parking (aparat). Nedostatak hotelskog bara.

素晴らしいホテル
Pros:

朝食のビュッフェは種類豊富でとても美味しく、朝食会場も豪華で美しい。コモ湖やコモラーゴ駅、フェリー乗り場からすぐ近く、立地が良いため観光途中の休憩にも便利。ベッドの寝心地も良かった。朝食会場のスタッフはアジア人相手でも差別なく窓の近くの湖の見える席に案内してくれていた。

Cons:

同じタイプの部屋を同じ料金で2部屋予約したが、片方はバスタブがなかった。案内写真ではバスタブ付きの部屋に見えたので少し残念だった。

Located in the heart of Como with superb access to everything
Pros:

Brilliant room that’s been well designed. We overlooked the lake. First-ever hotel bathroom that has bench space. First room ever that has a shower only with no bath which is also perfect. Staff are great and breakfast is so good with the best selection of fruit I have ever seen in a hotel. You also can not ask for a more perfect location

Localização perfeita. Em frente ao lago de Como e do pier de onde saem os barcos para passeios. Café da manhã muito bom. Cama muito confortável e ótimo chuveiro. Atendimento excepcional. Estacionamento amplo.

Cons:

Quarto pequeno e sem luxos. As cadeiras do restaurante merecem uma repaginada pois estão um pouco datadas. O hotel é 4 estrelas e cobra 550 euros em uma diária. Preço abusivo para o que oferece. É um bom hotel mas está aproveitando do momento de alta demanda de Como para abusar no preço.
