Exactly what I want in a hotel for a holiday at Como.
Pros:

Beautiful property , prime location. Next to lake. close to ferry, food and shops.

Cons:

Food and staff were number 1! Food is delicious

Pros:

Great location on the center of Como in front of the lake.

Cons:

The hotel charged my credit card on the night of my checkout for room service without my permission, which I found unprofessional. Other hotels usually confirm the charges with guests and provide receipts beforehand. I would not recommend using a high-limit credit card when staying here, just to be safe 😅.

Hier gibt es für Preiswertere Hotels in Como mit grösseren Zimmern.
Pros:

Die Angestellten der Reception sind Top, sehr nett, schnell, Hilfsbereit und setzen sämtliche Wünsche rasch um.
Sehr gute und sichere Parlkplätze.

Cons:

Das Normale Doppelzimmer ist mit EUR 400 pro Nacht viel zu teuer, die Zimmer extrem klein ( Besenkammer )
Beim Frühstück werden die Teller abgeräumt, bevor man richtig fertig ist mit Essen. Die Auswahl und vom Frühstück entspricht für mich nicht einem 4 Sterne Palace Hotel.

Beautiful building and gardens in prominent location.

Cons:

Out dated facilities. Old decor. Not luxurious at all. Air con /heating not on in building and staff would not accommodate )only turned on in certain months) Rooms were very stuffy. Very pricey for what you got. I would not stay again.

Tout était bien, sauf l'empreinte de la carte de crédit maintenue après paiement !
