Quesada non è comoda per raggiungere Fortuna , quindi la struttura non dovrebbe comparire .
Pros:

La camera era molto confortevole e pulita.

Cons:

Il personale anonimo , poco accogliente. Le immagini di presentazione della struttura e il nome sono ingannevoli. In realtà la struttura si affaccia su un parcheggio , non è immersa nel verde ed anche la colazione è servita nel parcheggio lungo la strada .

Pros:

Es un hotel bastante correcto. Las camas y el mobiliario en general son de buena calidad. Hay una refri pequeña que enfría bien. Todo estaba muy limpio. Nuestra habitación daba al bosque y a lo que será una piscina (está en construcción). Pasamos solo una noche, pero nos sentimos muy cómodos.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien. Solo recomiendo mejorar la iluminación del baño, es difícil maquillarse.

Hotel para descansar y disfrutar cerca a Quesada.
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fueron las instalaciones y la calidez del personal del hotel.

Las personas muy atentas y amables.
La señorita de la recepción muy atenta y servicial y las señoras del restaurante consentidoras, nos prepararon unos desayunos muy ricos y completos.

La habitación nueva, muy bien dotada y un balcón precioso con vista a un bosque

Y hay posibilidad de alojamiento para grupos

La tranquilidad del lugar y la habitación amplia.

Cons:

Por ser un lugar muy húmedo, al ingresar a la habitación huele a humedad. Se podría tener aromatizante para que la primera impresión sea agradable.

El hotel en general está bien, sin embargo mi habitación no tenía agua caliente, el agua salió helada, y además no nos dieron desayuno porque la que preparaba los desayunos no estaba disponible. Me parece que un hotel no puede darse el lujo de no tener desayuno porque la persona no está, tienen que solucionarlo ya sea teniendo varias personas que cocinen o comprando el desayuno en otro lugar etc, me parece que hay formas de solucionarlo.

Lies: the initial room we booked was not what we received. Travelers beware! When we upgraded (for a lot more money), the new room was very modern and high class despite the entrance door not locking, no hot water, a smell of moldy mildew, and a sleazy staff. Some staff members however were very nice, the room was very modern and high end, and the decor was on par (again, this was all for an additional cost -40USD).

Cons:

The room that they offered us was not at all like the pictures. Windows didn’t close, disgusting perfume smell that would trigger automatically every few minutes to mask the mold smell, no railing on the stairs (super dangerous for our 3 year old as it is open to below), no hot water.
Underwhelming breakfast that took so long! You eat breakfast in a car parking lot while some of the other guest have their engines running and fumes go into your food. We will not be back! Travelers beware.

Excellent value and very comfortable hotel! Good location on the edge of town!
Pros:

Very comfortable beds! Nicely decorated and very clean! Newly built hotel. Employees are very kind and welcoming! Food at their restaurant is very good! Amalia the chef, waitress and cashier is a very good chef and very kind! Owner of hotel is a fun and generous, caring person!

Cons:

A little hard to find because sign is up high and is tucked behind some businesses and down a hill.
