Very comfortable and cozy.
Pros:

The reception at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. I had an early flight so I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast but it sounded good! The extra touch of coffee and hot chocolate, and a cookie was unexpected and appreciated. The room and bathroom was comfortable and very clean. Loved the pool and jacuzzi

An overall good stay.
Pros:

Convenience to the interstate. Really good breakfast. I asked for and received a handicap accessible room. Appreciated the hand rails and the hand held shower.

Cons:

The hotel was crowded and the parking lot was almost at capacity. We had difficulty getting in and out of the hotel parking lot. The handicap accessible room had hand rails, but a low profile toilet. Made it difficult to stand easily.

Overall very pleasant stay and enjoyed the hotel.
Pros:

Clean, spacious, breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Was not informed at check in I had to schedule housekeeping. Pool towels were constantly needing restock.

Safe neighborhood and a decent place to stay a night.
Pros:

The pillows were amazing. The shower pressing was just right. Quick check in and check out. Wi-fi was great

Cons:

Breakfast options were minimal. The cleanliness of the facility was lacking - trash in the elevator and public area; the room was acceptable

It was dirty.
Pros:

I liked that the stay was quiet.

Cons:

I didn't like that the whole place was filthy! Our room's walls didn't seem to be cleaned. When going into the men's restroom in the lobby my husband saw what looked like black mold. Everywhere you walked outside of the room- the floors were dirty. The pool area was dirty (dirt, band aids, etc... on the floor), the pool had a sewage smell, and a staff member was actively dumping chemicals into the pool while people were swimming, the hot tub had what looked like dirt floating on top of the bubbles. All around DIRTY place to stay. The place looked nothing like the listing.
