Struttura comoda e pulita. La ragazza alla reception super gentile. Abbiamo chiesto informazioni su dove poter andare a cenare e ci ha consigliato una decina di posti e ha anche chiamato lei per chiedere se ci fosse posto. Veramente troppo gentile.

Cons:

Avons attendu 30 min au bar pour que l’ont viennent ns servir un apéritif. Salle à manger , ns ns entendons pas parler. Assiette avec trop peu à manger. Mon tiramisu impossible à manger Crème aigre . Je l’ai retourné en cuisine. Arrivé au petit déjeuner après un car . Donc plat vide . Les 2 jeunes serveurs ne sont pas aller rechercher de la marchandise . Hyper bruyant. Sans compter à l'étage de la réception un bruit jusqu à très tard ds la soirée, et ceci les 2 nuits que ns avons passée. Notre chambre ni notre lit n’a pas été fait. Salle de bain où il fallait se contorsionner entre la cabine douche et le lavabo pour refermer la porte pour pouvoir aller au wc. Bonnet obligatoire pour la piscine ou le spa . Ce serait bien de savoir cela à la réservation. Du coup ns avons annuler notre réservation de juillet car ns devions y retourner avec notre fratrie. Désolée mais cette hôtel ne mérite pas ces étoiles je ne retournerai en aucun cas. Quand je suis allée régler notre note , la personne de la réception n’a pas demandé comment c’était passé notre séjour. Je lui aurai expliqué ce que je viens d'écrire
En aucun cas je retournerai ds cette Ă©tablissement et je ne vais pas faire une bonne pub.

Abbastanza vicino al centro (10 minuti a piedi).
Piacevole la presenza della piscina coperta e della spa.
Buono anche il ristorante e la colazione.
Camere spaziose e moderne.

Facile pour visiter Aoste et pour ce décontracter après 1 journée de ski.
