Eccezionale
Pros:

Struttura moderna, confort, piscina e spa incluse, pulitissimo anche le stanze. Personale iper disponibile, parcheggio incluso ma posizione ottima anche per spostarsi a piedi.

Personnel attitude to be improved
Pros:

The night shift person was welcoming and helpful. He checked us in with professionalism and was very friendly

Cons:

Walls and floors are paper thin. Don't expect to not hear your neighbours.
The private garage can't be reserved and there is no guarantee you will have a space to the contrary of what they advertise.
I didn't like being told off for jumping into the pool. Fair enough, it is written that you can't jump on tiny pieces of paper around the pool. But when scolded by personnel, they said we made mess (put water everywhere) and they'd have to clean.... I don't mind being scolded if I am told I can't jump because I could break my neck leading to liabilities but because they don't want to clean?!...
Also we were told but not the other 10 people in the pool, to wear swimming caps. Are our hair dirtier than the others?!
Personnel's attitude was unacceptable.

Good stay would recommend this hotel to fellow travellers
Pros:

Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel was clean and conveniently located.

Une très grande baisse de niveau par rapport à notre séjour il y a deux e

La gentillesse des gens

Cons:

La douche impossible à faire fonctionner, des lampes de chevet qui n’éclairent pas du tout.
Le restaurant très moyen avec la radio qui reste très forte malgré nos demandes pour baisser le niveau sonore

great location for passing through on your travels
Pros:

the hotel was very pleasant and well located for travelling with secure parking just off the main highway. the rooms were clean and tidy and we had an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. only a short walk from the fabulous town centre which was a real surprise for us. good value for money

Cons:

room was a little hot but im sure it was just our lack of knowledge on how to use the Air Con unit on the wall

Bella struttura, personale molto cordiale e disponibile

Cons:

La junior suite è ampia e confortevole, ma il bagno sarebbe da rivedere: doccia scarsa, piastrelle macchiate. Da migliorare il set di cortesia (ci sono solo cuffia e saponetta) e arricchire la colazione, con anche maggior prontezza nel refill.
