A memorable trip and a hotel that I will choose again and again!
Pros:

Location of the hotel was very good, not only was it walking distance to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, but 3 - 4 restaurants / cafes & small grocery stores with fresh fruits, nuts, water etc., were literally outside the hotel. All of these were also open 24 x 7. So even on nights when it was rainy and cold and we couldn't go too far, we managed to eat at different cafes every time.

In addition, there was a currency exchange on the street, which offered better rates than being offered in old town, so everything was very convenient.

The cherry on top, was most definitely the elaborate breakfast, which had soooooo many options, including International options and not just Turkish ones. They also catered to requests such as Gluten free bread, fresh Omelettes, fried eggs etc. The restaurant was on the 9th floor, with an amazing view of the Bosphorous, you could even step out on the terrace to soak in the fresh air and awesome views. One could sit there for hours and enjoy the food and views!

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike!

Un grazie particolare al team delle pulizie, ai facchini e alla Host Manager Merve: loro valgono le 5 stelle dell’hotel.
Pros:

I servizi offerti e la disponibilità dello staff giustificano le 5 stelle. Sono pronti ad aiutarti per ogni minima cosa, ho apprezzato tantissimo.

Cons:

La camera. Se pensi a 5 stelle pensi che tutto sia perfetto, ma la camera era un po vecchiotta, e lo si notava dai dettagli.
L’aria condizionata fa rumore se accesa quindi sei obbligato a spegnerla la notte, senti ogni minimo rumore delle camere a fianco (se vanno in bagno capisci anche se fanno numero 1 o 2), acqua che esce dalla doccia, diversi piccoli dettagli che ti fanno venire il dubbio di essere in un 5 stelle. Come ho detto prima però, appena un problema veniva segnalato, arrivavano in due minuti per ripararlo.

Acceuil sympathique et emplacement parfait
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours disponible pour des renseignements.
La salle du petit déjeuner au 9eme étage offre une super vue.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié. Les pâtisseries et brioches sont délicieuses. Ce buffet mériterait même d'être valoriser davantage.
La chambre delux est spacieuse, le lit est confortable.
Le Spa avec la piscine est soignée.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait et permet d'accéder facilement et rapidement à tout ce qui est intéressant à Istanbul.

Cons:

Attention aux odeurs dans certaines chambres.

Super hotel, prima locatie en Hygiënisch.
