The location is perfect for a tourist exploring Istanbul. Metro is a short walk away and the airport bus stops at the door. The hotel is extremely clean, impeccable. Staff in general is nice. It has a good cost benefit but don’t expect the service you would get on a 5 star hotel in Europe in a hotel chain, for example.
Breakfast was average, not a lot of options of fresh fruit and the machine of hot beverages wasn’t good. Drinks weren’t creamy or tasty. Some employees don’t understand English, I asked for “almond milk” or “almond drink” and one of the employees at the breakfast service didn’t understand it. I ordered it to another person and it was never delivered to the table and we had previously ordered it with no issues. We had some problems with housekeeping at the middle of the stay but guest relations intervened to make things better which we really appreciated.

Tek eleştirim kahvaltıyla ilgili. Çeşit bol, ancak çay ve kahvenin plastik ağızlı termoslarda sunulması 5 yıldızlı bir otele yakışmamış. Çay bardağında çay servisi olduğunu ise ne yazık ki çok geç fark ettik. Kısacası sıcak içecekler semaver gibi daha estetik ve hijyenik bir şekilde sunulabilir. Fırın ürünleri çeşidi de çok ama taze değildi; bence daha az çeşit ama daha taze ürün çok daha iyi olurdu.
It’s in a great location. It’s within walking distance of Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s tastes.
The staff are extremely helpful and professional.
There is no on-site car park, but the valet service is very helpfull with this. If you do not use your car at all, you will be charged a daily parking fee of 800 TL (approximately 18 USD). The valet service is extremely quick. Aksi this fee is nothing for such a great lication
It’s in a very noisy area. The noise from outside never stops, day or night. The hotel rooms are in need of a general refurbishment.
