Pros:

Location is amazing near metro station, bus station and Taksim square.

Pros:

The staff service is exceptional. They go over and above to fulfill all the needs of their guests. My first room was noisy and they changed it to a quieter one. Every day there was fresh supply of water, coffee, and other small things. But most importantly, they made me feel comfortable to ask for anything I needed. This is so important in a hotel.

Cons:

The streets in front of the hotel are very busy and the soundproof not so good. Make sure to ask for a quiet room on a high floor.

Udany pobyt w sercu Stambułu
Pros:

Bardzo solidny hotel. Bardzo dobre położenie, co zdecydowanie ułatwia poruszanie się i jest dużym atutem. Z zewnątrz nie robi szczególnego wrażenia, ale wnętrza są eleganckie i przyjemne — już od wejścia czuć, że miejsce jest zadbane, również pod względem zapachu. Obsługa stoi na dobrym poziomie, a śniadania są smaczne i urozmaicone. Dużym plusem jest restauracja na 9. piętrze, skąd rozciągają się naprawdę ładne widoki.
Pokój był duży, dobrze wysprzątany i funkcjonalny. Wystrój jest może nieco przestarzały, bardziej biznesowy niż nowoczesny, ale wszystko było na swoim miejscu. Na plus również dostępność wody i herbaty oraz ogólnie dobry standard serwisu. Łóżko wygodne, co w praktyce robi dużą różnicę przy kilkudniowym pobycie. Po dwóch nocach pobytu można wyjechać z poczuciem satysfakcji.

Cons:

Trudno wskazać poważniejsze minusy, ale dla mnie pewnym mankamentem było oświetlenie w pokoju. Żarówki miały dość zimną barwę, przez co wnętrze traciło na przytulności i było mniej „intymne”, niż mogłoby być przy cieplejszym świetle.

سكنت في هذا الفندق في شهر مارس 2026 بصراحة الفندق رائع ومرتب ونظيف جدا والموظفين جدا متعاونين والافطار عندهم مميز وجميع الخدمات من حولك ويبعد دقيقتين للوصول الى شارع الاستقلال ويوجد خارج الفندق باصات التنقل من والى المطار انصح بالاقامة فيه . 👍🏼
