accueil excellent gaché par une nuit fatigante
Cons:

Nuit agitée et fatigante a cause d' un bruit de vibration repétitive du à un problème du climatiseur defectueux
responsable de l'hotel averti;problème connu réparation en cours !!!!!! mais alors ne pas proposer cette chambre
en attendant la réparation!!!!!

Geen leuk verblijf, onpersoonlijk en niet echt proper.

Zeker geen 4 sterren hotel, heel onpersoonlijk.

Pros:

Perfect location, very nice hotel, efficient and kind staff, good breakfast. Room in the patio ok, very large and new bathroom.

Nothing. The room was not at 4 star level, some humidity stains on the wall..

Pros:

perfect location, it was clean, with great air con which was much needed. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. I stayed in the courtyard on the ground floor.

J'ai failli perdre des sous par une arnaque. J'ai appris ensuite que l'hôtel avait été piraté; si j'avais été mise au courant...

First stay in Ghent - amazing
Pros:

Great apartment space, good storage and facilities. Kitchenette had all the pots and pans you could need (although we didn't use them). Stayed there during the heatwave but there were fans already waiting for us when we got into the room - a huge bonus! Stunning location, just tucked away off the main streets, but across the road from a shop and a 2 min walk away from the river, and Patershol, Gravensteen etc all within 10-15 mins walk max. Fantastic value for money. Will definitely be back!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Näher vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück bot eine reichhaltige Auswahl und war sehr gut.
