The location of the hotel was perfect in the heart of the city which is ideal for getting around. I appreciate with that comes road and city noise so the road outside was quite loud from early morning.
The lobby and reception area was nice and welcoming. I felt the rooms looked tired and could do with a refresh. It was bland and tatty around the edges and the bathroom also. Shower hose wasn't long enough for a 6ft man.
Loft room was spacious and very comfortable.
Didn't have a showers, a big bath with shower hose. Breakfast was a bit lacking
Fantastic room as they gave us a lovely suite. Breakfast was very good too with lots of choices. Location is excellent.
Only problem we had is our door key kept not working!

Muy bien ubicado el hotel.
El desayuno está bien.
La habitación de la 4ª planta tiene escalera de caracol y es un poco incómodo para gente mayor.
A la habitación le faltan cajones o baldas para la ropa.
El colchón es demasiado blando.

Het hoofdkussen was echt beroerd.
Habitación con suficiente espacio, muy limpia, con buen olor (en todo el hotel también), muy céntrico, al volver la calle te encuentras con los muelles. La recepcionista española (Julia) muy amable, nos ayudó en todo lo que precisamos y nos dió consejos de la ciudad y gastronómicos.
De las 2 habitaciones que reservé, una estaba en una buhardilla con unas escaleras empinadas y huella estrecha en la que costaría subir una maleta grande. A mi no me importó por que las escaleras las puedo subir bien y también llevábamos una única maleta que se quedó en la otra habitación. Pero podrían avisar de esa habitación. Imagino que esa habitación no se las darán a personas mayores por que o no podrían o les costaría subir por allí.
Großes und sauberes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, neues Badezimmer und in nur 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Geparkt haben wir im nahegelegenen Ramen-Parkhaus. Das Hotelpersonal war megafreundlich und hilfsbereit.
Trotz eingeteilter Frühstückszeiten war kein Tisch für unsere 3er-Gruppe frei und wir mussten etwa 20 Minuten warten.
Nos dieron una habitación excelente. Julia, la recepcionista, es encantadora.
