Location is ideal. The reception staff were knowledgeable and advised us in the places to visit. Walking tour was a must.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en het personeel heel vriendelijk.
Dit hotel is een aanrader. In het centrum van gent maar toch heel rustig gelegen.
De kamer was netjes en met frigo en koffiezetapparaat uitgerust.
Is zijn prijs meer dan waard.

Ghent is great, hotel well positioned but noisy
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting Ghent. The breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Our room (at the front of the hotel) was VERY noisy from as early as 6:15 in the morning - both from deliveries to the large convenience store opposite and from the large building/renovation site next door where very loud work started at 8am. By the evening the noise was over.

Perfect location

The location was perfect. Close enough to the town centre without the noise, great balance.

Our room was opened plan with no door to the bathroom. Fine for couples but very odd for friends to share.

Qua ligging fantastisch maar het hotel kan ik niet beoordelen omdat wij in het bijgebouw verbleven.
Pros:

De score die Booking n.a.v. mijn verslag toekent (6.0) geen recht doen aan het hotel!!!!! Het ontbijt was meer dan goed. Veel te veel om uit te kiezen. Ik vind dat jammer omdat de prijs daardoor ook te hoog was. Iets minder luxueus en lagere prijs trekt meer mensen naar het ontbijt in het hotel.
Het hotel ligt erg gunstig voor wie het historische centrum wil bezoeken. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en de kamer was erg schoon.

Cons:

De bedden waren mij veel te zacht. Wat verder tegenviel was de “nood”locatie waar wij waren ondergebracht. Deze locatie ligt misschien 100 meter van het eigenlijke hotel. We kregen na een nacht wel de mogelijkheid om in het hotel zelf te verblijven. Wij hebben daar niet voor gekozen omdat we de koffers al hadden uitgepakt. De locatie waar wij zaten was uitermate gehorig. Ik kan dus geen beoordeling van het hotel geven. Ik adviseer volgende bezoekers om te verblijven in het hotel zelf.
