The staff working at front desk is helpful
Pros:

The location is great! Just off the St Michiel bridge. The room was in a good size and comfortable. The breakfast is good but not excellent

Cons:

In the beginning the hotel arrange us to a room on top floor with narrow steep stairs. It is not good for two senior persons to climb up with large suitcases. I asked the girl at front desk to change a room, it was good that she arranged another room on the ground floor without stairs.

Lovely location with nice staff. Very disappointed not to have been given rooms in the hotel proper (heritage building)
Pros:

Fabulous location, beautiful heritage property with lovely public spaces for guests. Fun bar area - well styled. Good breakfast buffet with good vegan options. Thanks.

Cons:

OMG, the hotel rooms in the annex were absolutely horrible! If I had known that the two double rooms I had booked for 3 nights were going to be there, we would have booked another hotel.
We were VERY disappointed to be stuck in these tasteless rooms, with old furniture from the thrift store and a cement-looking bathroom with nowhere to store toilet bags in the bathroom except on the floor under the sink.

Piccolo hotel di fascino discreto, in posizione comodissima, a due passi dal centro, ma in un quartiere tranquillo e sicuro, con ristoranti e supermercato vicinissimi. Spazi comuni confortevoli. Bagno nuovo, con doccia spaziosa e buoni prodotti per la pulizia personale.

Cons:

La stanza un po' tetra, con moquette marroncina e mobili scuri e vecchiotti. Una bella rinfrescata con colori chiari migliorerebbe di molto la situazione. Cuscini microscopici e scomodissimi. Colazione buona, non avendo molte esigenze.
Per noi era compresa nel pacchetto, ma ho notato che il prezzo era decisamente alto

Het bed en douche.

Cons:

Geen verwarming in de badkamer. Airco konden we deze periode nog niet gebruiken. Aangezien iedereen op zelfde moment kwam ontbijten was er veel te weinig plaats. Ontbijt zeker geen 4sterren waardig.
