Pros:

Struttura all’altezza della categoria, staff gentilissimo, ottima colazione. Ci hanno offerto l’upgrade della camera per stare più comodi e ci hanno fatto trovare un biglietto d’auguri per il compleanno, molto gradito. La stazione del metro si trova a 10 metri dall’hotel. La posizione e’ comodissima sia per andare sul lungo lago che per raggiungere il centro storico. E’ stata una permanenza molto piacevole. Il prezzo è più che onesto!

friendly staff at reception. location is great . walking distance to train station and to lake .very quiet. nice shower grl and shampoo. good variety id english tv news stations if you are after that z. hot water shower .

Cons:

room had a funny smell. like damp even though no carpet no body lotion. small and tight for 2 people yet we were told we had upgrade . aircon sub optimal. in general not what you would expect from 4 star and those prices . however i am in lausanne often and in general the hotels are not great there

The design of the room and quality was excellent however I didn't find it practical. For example they hung a mirror above the headboard of bed. so, I don't know if anyone can use it

The room was too small. Too many steps at entrance, no ramp, it was difficult to get luggages inside. The room wasn't design in a way to be practical
