Mi è piaciuto lo stile classico dell’hotel con piacevoli dettagli (tappezzerie, luci e specchi); ottima la prima colazione, molto varia sia nella parte dolce che salata; ottima la posizione vicino alla metropolitana che permette di raggiungere velocemente i punti più interessanti della città; se in estate, consiglio di scegliere il balcone

La camera era piccolina, con poco spazio d’appoggio e per riporre i vestiti, dovevamo muoverci a turno; il materasso un po’ infossato; le tazze per il caffè di cortesia erano macchiate. Comunque tornerei, scegliendo una camera più grande

Beautiful Lausanne - expensive but worth every penny!

Cons:

Breakfast perhaps overpriced compared to all of the other places we have stayed. But it’s Switzerland, so we knew what to expect.
Reception staff - miserable and not particularly interested in us or stay and plans.
Restaurant staff at breakfast - absolutely lovely!

Pros:

La chambre était plus petite que ce que j’avais imaginé selon les photos. Néanmoins elle étaient jolie, un peu désuète. Le petit balcon est agréable. Le personnel est très gentil et avenant. L’emplacement est superbe, mon quartier préféré à Lausanne.

Location, location, location.
Pros:

The location is phenomenal! Right next to tramline 2 whoch brings you to the station or the lake?
The staff is super friendly. Really lovely people. Breakfast is adequate (though the late could be warmer).

Cons:

The Wifi cuts out and is too slow to have Teams calls. A miss.
I like my rooms to a bit larger (I couldn't sit comfortably at the desk because the chair was blocked by the bed; not enough room). I like a step in shower; because these glass partitions, they leak making the entire bathroom wet. Not enough shelves for clothing.
This is purely personal as a remark: I like my rooms to be more modern. But that's taste.
