Great location
Breakfast could have had more choice for vegetarians but it was adequate
Everything was good with my stay, cleanliness, staff and location, but the breakfast was appalling i was first down on my first day around 7.15am, all the fried food etc had already been cooked in plentifull supply, if you came at 8.15 who knows what that food was like, needless to say i just eat fruit, yoghurt and had some coffee, i chose to eat my breafast elsewhere and cooked fresh, won't stay again because of this!!

Restaurant area was so hot late afternoon we couldn’t eat there as it was too uncomfortable. The menu did not fully reflect the menu shown on the website
Our bedroom was tired and in need of redecoration
Toilet stopped flushing in the middle of night necessitating change of room at c 5am!
The room was comfortable, nice big bed and en suite.
I had difficulty locating the USB sockets and the one I used didn't recharge my phone. Also getting a WiFi connection was confusing.

If I was coming for a spa break only I would not recommend for the price - very dated
- The employees were very lovely especially the Dining team for breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming.
- Location was amazing everything was next to us.
- Breakfast had lots of choice.
- The spa staff didn’t inform us that we needed to leave our room key to get a locker key. So had to get changed and leave towels in the open with clothes and belongings.
- The room was slightly falling apart, the shower door didn’t close properly so leaked over the floor. Room 416.
- The front door of the main hotel kept trapping us midway because the sensor was broken and held up by tape.
- There was a new bar being contracted inside the hotel, but the site was all visible when in the dining area which detracts from the cost and ambience of the hotel stay.
- Breakfast scrambled eggs should be less milky and broken coffee machine removed from the area as it affects ambience.
- Hotel room needed some TLC

Rooms are very outdated, old furniture, rooms are very sparse and bare, no coffee given, TV didn't work well. We visited the hotel 10 years ago and thought it was great, but we were very disappointed this time round, don't think we'll be going back.
Hotel was brilliant all the staff was the best very polite and very helpfull the check in to the hotel was very easy . The room was lovely and clean . The spa was horrible check in to the spa was horrible nothing was explained to us even tho I said we had never been before then was told just go through that door .I also asked if we could have big dressing gowns as we are big ladys we was given paper thin very small I would say a size 6/8 .what smelt like wet dogs as evry body else who was their got big Terry toweling dressing gowns . The pool was very small and to walk round it was very slippy and slimy on your feet . Went to steam room all the little tiles was up . One steam room was out of order . The message was lovely .Lauren was brilliant . Afternoon lunch was beautiful in the hotel side .staff was lovely
