I Will be back and recommending to everyone.
Pros:

In the centre of everything the hotel and surrounding areas are beautiful. Our check in was swift and smooth and we felt very welcome

Cons:

Nothing to not like. We was happy with our room the view over looking the peace gardens was beautiful the room was clean and bed was comfy and big and lots of facilities

God hotel but terrible customer service.
Pros:

Good spaces nice and clean. Breakfast good and good service at breakfast time.

Cons:

No easy access. Drop off is by the spa and no way to get to the hotel entrance easily (in the rain)
Room keys never worked twice. Took three trips to get in room first time and every time after was same. Reception staff on checkin was polite but not trained (his words) on 2nd night totally rude.

The bar staff literally clueless.

Great location, have stayed many times. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Lighting in bedroom not adequate (Only bedside lights plus desk light). Aircon/heating a bit hit and miss.

Peaceful and tranquil
Pros:

The location was perfect with good connections. The Staff eh er e courteous and friendly. I wish to send a huge thank you to Dominic at front house reception who was friendly and provided solutions throughout our stay.

Cons:

The only downside was that are room safe was not working . I feel that the Hotel may need to look at the management of how you manger the demands of the weekend footfall and pathway.

Good weekend break
Pros:

The location is right in the middle of a busy city centre. The facilities are great, the pool in particular but would be made much better if it was accessible for longer periods.

Cons:

Honestly not much to complain about. The breakfast was overcooked but that's what you get in most hotels so that's nothing new.

Everything from the moment we arrived to the minute we left the room was exceptionally clean very comfy and the staff went above and beyond all expectations the food was excellent we will definitely return
