The location. The facilities the bathroom.
The bed. Very lumpy. Room needed freshening up decoratio wise. Parking needs more explanation before arrival

1)pool was not working and this was supposed to be a retreat for my husband and I away from our kids
2) bed was so uncomfortable I had to ask for a spare quilt to sleep on top of
3) phone did not work so had to get dressed and down to reception to request at night
4) only decaf coffee in room
5) drilling and works going on next door in morning, we could not hear tv and we just wanted to relax in bed which we don’t get to do at home with kids
The room had a comfortable bed.
The room was a bit small. The elevator to the 6th floor was not reliable.
