Very nice rooms and location. Although hard to get to by car (if you’re coming from the airport)!! Staff is nice and helpful, it’s mostly clean and rooms are comfy. Can’t recommend their restaurant tho!! The vibes are nice but the food is not.

Good hotel for the price, and—they’re not kidding—it’s an amazing view of the Fort. Helpful staff, and very conveniently located. Just a couple minutes walk to the clock tower and the main markets, even if the few roads right around it are decidedly unlovely. Only complaint: they have local musicians and dancing every night at dinnertime. Nice for 5 minutes, but if you’re like me and just want to enjoy a drink and quietly enjoy the view, it’s pretty annoying to have to attend a show each evening.

The property was really good. Staff was good. I will book again.

Great view of the fort and a very warm welcome upon checkin. Food was good as well. But the staff lack in basic courtesy and simple rules of hospitality such as - do not call a guest on their room’s phone at 11pm just to ask what time will they check out the next day.

Seriously, do not call a guest at 11pm unless there is a life threatening emergency. Asking them their check out time is not an emergency.

Great location close to the Clock Tower Market and the Step Well, and super nice and helpful staff.
Good sized room and bathroom, but it could use a little work. Compared to other places in India it was quite nice though.
The only thing that was a little annoying was that there is a mosque not too far away, and prayers start around 5am and the dogs tend to sing along :)

Le falta aseo en las habitaciones, y como comentario en el cobro del desayuno no te incluyen el te y el jugo, pero tampoco lo dicen y a la hora de pagar lo ves en la cuenta asi que hay que tenerlo presente , la terraza tiene una vista preciosa

Wonderful experience! Small boutique hotel in old city - newly renovated. Very comfortable large room with great a/c and wifi. Bathroom was efficient with plenty of hot water. Lovely restaurant on the roof at night with great view of Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. Best of all was the attentive and friendly staff who were always ready to help.

Terrible breakfast. Nothing cold to drink...not even cold milk for the cereal. And they try to charge you for it, so be careful. It's worse than any free continental breakfast I've ever seen.

Awesome stay! Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful/attentive. Definitely recommend!

The photos are great in Expedia site and the location is in the heart of the city. Although it is a pure residential zone and the cleanliness is very poor near the hotel. The area is dirty and the roads are too narrow for your car to pass. Need to access through a 3-wheeler Auto. The view from the rooftop is decent.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kankariya Heritage! We got a lake facing room which was amazing. The staff were extremely nice and friendly.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. We were not given the room for which we paid. They provided us the cheaper room during the stay and didn’t provide any refund for the difference.

The hotel is run by two very pleasant brothers who are quite helpful. The streets are like many in India, a lot of trash, so gives a not good first impression. The restaurant is vegetarian only. Good location allows for walking to sites.

Very friendly, courteous and helpful reception staff who assisted me in different ways during my stay. My room was clean and bright with a marvelous view. It was spacious and easily the best room I've had in my India/Rajasthan trip so far. I would recommend this hotel.
