Hilton Garden Inn Bozeman

Great hotel for business! Super friendly staff, easy check in, good prices. Quiet room and a quiet night of sleep. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Easy location. I will be back!

We stayed here for 2 nights with a small photo group. The rooms are fine enough for a few days. The check in was straightforward. The breakfast was not complimentary but the shuttle to the hotel from the airport was nice.

The shower is set up perfectly and has great water pressure. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. There's a refrigerator and a microwave.

SUPER clean! Staff were so friendly & eager to help. Hot tub & pool were immaculate, same with the gym. Everything being so clean made it that much easier to relax.

The lobby was clean and the people at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was also clean and mostly comfortable. The water bottles were free of charge and they didn't charge for tea and coffee at the restaurant. They only charged us or the avocado toasts.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Bozeman was the last stop on our trip through Montana and Wyoming. The area around the hotel is nice with plenty of restaurants and a gas station across the street. We flew out the next morning and the airport wasn’t too far away. The room had everything we needed. The fitness room was well appointed with weights and cardio machines. The breakfast buffet was nice although it is not complementary.

Steven Woods the front end manager is honestly the true definition of customer service. He put in so much time, effort, and endless calls helping me. Steven made sure my issue was resolved. He truly is phenomenal at his job, and his customer service is one that every business needs. Steven Woods helped me to get my Hilton points back when an error occurred. I truly can’t say enough about the time and effort he put in until everything was handled. Thank you again Steven for going above and beyond my expectations. I appreciate everything you did. Not only are you an exceptional employee, but your kindness is appreciated. Thank you again for everything.

The Hilton Garden Inn room, hallways, restaurant area, etc. appeared to be recently remodeled and in clean, attractive condition.
My room had a king size bed with a firm mattress and the bathroom had a shower with room for two people. There was plenty of counter space in the very clean bathroom. I found the room to be nicely air conditioned and quiet for a good nights’s sleep. I used my IPhone as an alarm clock since the clock next to the bed seemed difficult to set. The restaurant offered a buffet breakfast for $18 and ordering from the menu cost about the same.

The HGI is about 30 minutes from the Bozeman airport and the HGI has a van to take guests to and from the airport. Guests need a rental car or to take a tour to get to Yellowstone Park. I recommend a visit to the Bear & Wolf Discovery Center on the other side of the park in West Yellowstone. I did not eat dinner at the HGI, but it is served six nights a week. There is a computer for guest use in the lobby and free internet service in the room was very good. In the lobby of the HGI there is a self service store for snacks and necessities you may not have packed.

Restaurants are scattered around Bozeman but a quick trip from the HGI. I did not go to the pizza restaurant closest to the hotel but enjoyed the restaurant specializing in steak sandwiches quite close to the hotel.
