Während unseres Hotelaufenthalts sahen wir Gegenstände anderer Gäste auf dem Badezimmerboden liegen. Da sich die Situation täglich nicht änderte, vermuteten wir, dass die Badezimmerböden nicht ordnungsgemäss gereinigt wurden.

The saunas, in and outdoor pool are amazing; the gym is excellent.
Cons:

Some of the bigger rooms are amazing and have great views. Don't settle for road view. The Sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, and gym are a big plus.

Excellent hotel with so many facilities to relax & unwind. 10/10. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Facilities of property were amazing - multiple swimming pools, sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation zones & gym. Beautiful views of the lake from the hill but only a 1km from everything.

Die Poolanlage: Absolut sensationell schön! Die Aussicht von dort oben ist ein echtes Highlight und lädt total zum Entspannen ein.Der Fitnessraum: Super eingerichtet, modern und top ausgestattet. Hier fehlt es an nichts für ein gutes Workout.Der Schlafkomfort: Das Bett war super bequem, wir haben richtig gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Von aussen ist das Hotel leider überhaupt nicht mehr ansehnlich. Das zieht sich bis zum Balkon durch: Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist zwar ein Traum, aber er selbst ist einfach total alt und nicht mehr schön. Hier müsste dringend frisch saniert werden.

Deservedly well-known property worth the splurge
Pros:

Resort property with pools and views! Great for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Lugano. We had a rooftop suite with 360 degrees! Clean facilities and an uncrowded pool.

Cons:

The staff was unfailingly nice but we did experience a misunderstanding and missed opportunity regarding the free Ticino transportation tickets. The process requires guests to fill out a link, which we asked for at check-in but was told to ask again in the morning. Due to us being in the mountains, the link didn’t transmit (bad cell service) and we did not receive the final passes in time to use them. C’est la vie.
