Magnifique endroit pour une escapade tessinoise !
Pros:

Du début jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour, le personnel a été charmant. La chambre vue lac était grande, magnifique et calme. L’hôtel dispose d’un grand parking, denrée rare à Lugano. Notre petite chienne a été la bienvenue, des gamelles et une corbeille étaient là à notre arrivée.

Very nice room - thank you for the upgrade!, clean, bright, spacious.
Good beds. Wooden floor.
Daily cleaning.
Excellent buffet. No time pressure by the waiter.
Very nice and friendly staff.
Steam bath, sauna, gym.
Views.
Bus stop in front of the hotel - just perfect.

Cons:

Our room was overheated for my taste.
Only one large towel was provided for the pool, steam bath and sauna experience. Textile steam bath is mixed, nude sauna is unisex.

Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une suite avec vue sur le lac..... l'hôtel était très éloigné du lac.

Pros:

Ho ricevuto un upgrade della camera e mi è stata data una stanza molto ampia, con balcone e una vista lago meravigliosa. La posizione è perfetta per girare il centro a piedi e il parcheggio è comodissimo. Davvero tutto eccellente, super consigliato!

Un des meilleurs hôtels où j’ai été au Tessin

Eine neue Erfahrung.
Pros:

Die Aussicht & das Ausengelände.Zusätzluch der Spa.Insgesammt eine Tolle imposante Ausengestalltung.

Cons:

Im Apartment hat im Wohnzimmer hat eine Stehlampe und passendes Mobiliar gefehlt.Man merkt,das es in die Jahre gekommen ist.Und leider hat man im Masterschlafzimmer nicht ein Fenster öffnen können.Was bei einer nicht einstellbaren Heizung (warm) bei mir nicht schlaffördernd war.
