Il parcheggio non era incluso nel prezzo, e non sapevamo di dover pagare direttamente alla reception. Al check in non avevamo avuto alcuna info. Quando siamo usciti il primo giorno abbiamo pagato alle macchine di self check out. Il giorno successivo, al momento del check out, mi ritrovo addebitato il costo del parcheggio in toto (incluso anche quello pagato). Avendo chiesto rimborso per il self checkout, non mi è stato concesso.
È stato davvero spiacevole.

Vista stupenda dall'alto su Lugano e lago. Tutta l'area molto curata e parcheggio incluso.
Camera molto bella, pulita e spaziosa. Letto comodissimo e grande. Bella area spa. Le signorine alla reception sono state molto gentili e hanno supportato per orientarsi nel trovare l'entrata dell'hotel, come la camera. (La struttura è particolare, all'inizio non è così immediato).

Cons:

Tutto bene. Se proprio devo trovare un neo, la tapparella della portafinestra mancava e la tenda oscurante non era abbastanza purtroppo. Questo ha disturbato il sono al mattino.

Grosszügige Zimmer und super Wellness

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in sehr grossen, sauberen Zimmern inklusive separatem Wohnzimmer. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas abgewohnt, aber alles war stets picobello sauber. Der Wellnessbereich mit Hallenbad und Whirlpool sowie das top moderne Sportstudio haben uns begeistert.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war am ersten Tag dank toller Auswahl und aufmerksamer Bedienung perfekt. Leider liess der Service am zweiten Tag stark nach (keine Getränkenachfrage). Einziger dauerhafter Kritikpunkt: Die warmen Speisen (Bohnen) waren an beiden Tagen leider zu kalt. Insgesamt aber empfehlenswert!
Leider wurde die Ticino -Karte beim Empfang mit keinem Wort erwähnt.
Würden es aber jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Seifenspender im Badezimmer sind nicht am richtigen Ort angebracht. Sich zu bedienen ist lebensgefährlich, da man ausrutschen kann. Das sollten Sie unbedingt ändern.

Pros:

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Zimmer war eine 2-Zi-Wohnung mit Küche. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist obere Klasse. Die Lage mit gepflegtem Park und Aussicht auf den See und die Landschaft bleiben unvergesslich.

Cons:

Wir schlagen eine Damensauna und eine gemischte Sauna vor. Die Wege im Hotel und im Wellnessbereich sind für neue Gäste unübersichtlich. Das ist für uns aber kein Grund, um nicht wieder zu kommen,
