Pros:

While we enjoyed our stay at the Conrad our 10 month owned vehicle was damaged by their choice of parking service. The hotel has never reached out to settle this with their choice of valet Towne Park. When calling the hotel 3 days after the accident because I had not heard from Towne Park the night manager offered gift certificates and other help with incidentals, 2 weeks later no gifts and no help with Towne Park for diminished value of a 10 month old automobile. Hilton and Conrad valet is a paid service offered there!!!!!

Vegan tofu scramble bowl - yummy
Pros:

Great location, good service, nice rooms. I enjoyed my stay. The highlight was the vegan gluten-free tofu scramble bowl on the in-room breakfast menu! What a delicious surprise. Thank you!

I got a 1:30 checkout.

Cons:

Arrived before 11pm and the bar was closed. No mini bar in the room. I picked the hotel as the bathroom had a tub but it didn't hold water. No bathrobes. Too expensive for what it is.

Wonderful Birthday Weekend
Pros:

My stay at the Conrad from November 7th–9th, 2025 was truly amazing! Everything from the room service (the food was incredible!), to my relaxing massage with Leah, to my wonderful pedi and mani with Shari, to the friendly front desk attendant who checked me in, and even the valet workers (I didn’t end up using) was exceptional.

One moment that really stood out to me was when I ordered takeout from Capital Grille. I went up to my room while I waited, and when I came back down the food wasn’t quite ready yet. As I sat there, four different servers (not knowing why I was waiting) walked by as they were taking items to their customers, each one asked if I’d like a glass of water or if I needed anything. That level attentiveness meant so much to me.

Great customer service is something I pay close attention to everywhere I go. While I’ve had good experiences before, this is only the second time I’ve felt it go truly above and beyond.

If I had to give one small critique, it would be that the shower felt a bit on the smaller side. But honestly, that’s minor compared to how wonderful the overall stay was.

My wife, our little girl and I had a very pleasant stay and we’d stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful with navigating the downtown area. The room & king-size bed were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom overall was very clean minus a small spots of mold in the corners of the shower floor.

Cons:

Parking was a little expensive and the price quoted on the day we arrived was higher than that listed on the website. The late night street noise was a little too loud at times but that’s no fault of the Conrad Hotel. Just some loud pipes from various bikers and some cheap aftermarket exhaust.
