The staff, pool and hot tub were great. The location was good, could walk to just about anywhere we wanted to go.
The carpet was stained; the bed clothing was ripped and stained, the chair was ripped and stained. At night while trying to sleep could hear people outside and vehicles going by. Beds were not very comfortable.
I made a really dumb mistake when I made our reservations here that could have been very costly. They discovered the error and fixed it for me without my even having to ask for a resolution. Top notch service. Shout out to Mary Beth for her customer service.
Also, rooms are very comfortable and clean. Room service is tasty. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
I have been visiting this hotel about once a month for the past seven years. However, over the last five months I have been very disappointed with the Wine Tasting/Lounge area.
In the past, this space was always clean and well maintained, but recently the condition has noticeably declined. On several occasions, I have seen trash overflowing, food crumbs left in the seating area, and the overall cleanliness has not met the standards I previously experienced here.
Additionally, the complimentary coffee has been very bitter. Even gas stations often serve better coffee, which is disappointing considering the standards one would expect from a hotel of this level. Unfortunately, the overall quality does not meet the level of service the hotel is known for.
Service has also been inconsistent. The lounge associate often appears unprepared and does not seem familiar with how to properly prepare the coffee, which further affects the guest experience.
Given the current situation, I would recommend either improving the maintenance and service of the lounge area or considering reopening the wine tasting experience. One of the reasons I enjoyed visiting this hotel was the opportunity to relax and enjoy wine in a clean and luxurious environment.

Very nice hotel. Check in staff was super friendly and polite. Informed us how to get to Lucas above ground (however there was a convention set up so we had to walk the last big)
Rooms were (at least 615) huge. Tons of space for a downtown unit.
Only complaint was lack of sound deadening. We were able to hear chatter in the next room one morning, and any loud outside traffic you could hear pretty easily.
If you don’t want to valet use the mall parking but go to the back corner by PFChangs and you’re right across the street.

They have no problem selling a room, let’s say a king, to a couple on honeymoon. The couple bad confirmation of that king. Upon arrival they were told to either take two double beds or cancel the reservation that was made weeks ago. So they were told to sleep in separate beds with no effort at all to accommodate or rectify. Conrad overbooked and just wanted the couple to cancel. HORRIBLE ENTITLED PEOPLE AT FRONT DESK.
The decor was beautiful. The location was beautiful
I didn’t like how long it took for me to get my car and how the valet guys was looking through my truck when they had to park it.
What a beautiful place to stay and relax .

While we enjoyed our stay at the Conrad our 10 month owned vehicle was damaged by their choice of parking service. The hotel has never reached out to settle this with their choice of valet Towne Park. When calling the hotel 3 days after the accident because I had not heard from Towne Park the night manager offered gift certificates and other help with incidentals, 2 weeks later no gifts and no help with Towne Park for diminished value of a 10 month old automobile. Hilton and Conrad valet is a paid service offered there!!!!!
