We would stay here again.
Pros:

We wanted the suite, very big and comfortable.
Easy secure parking. Restaurant on site. Great location. Staff very nice.

Cons:

Hard bed. Didn't have hot water sometimes. Problems with our key not working.

Nice but no hot water.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice but we never got a hot shower during a two day stay. Particularly disappointing the day we came in out of the rain. Also, although not the hotels fault, the neighbourhood is kind of grubby with lots of garbage on the street.

Good location , budget hotel, Filthy toilets
Pros:

The location is good. A 15-minute walk to the town. The rooms are ok. No fridge, coffee machine, or safe. The toilets are filthy.
Breakfast is a joke with limited quantity & service. Four pieces of fruit on a plate ..No restaurant or food service.

Spent one night here as part of a tour. After an excellent day it was very disappointing to arrive at this hotel. Air conditioning unit is old and very noisy. Three sockets to recharge phones, cameras, and I-pad, but only the plug in the bathroom worked. New tiles in shower, but soap dish and door rim were very dirty. Broken window in bathroom which allowed mosquitoes to get into the room. Furniture stained and not well maintained. Sink faucets were loose and faucets dripped. Wi-Fi was poor. Do not know how this hotel is rated 4*. Needs a serious renovation.

Lo mejor es la ubicacion, en cuanto al edificio es viejo, por lo que algunas habitaciones con minisplit viejo, otras un poco mejor. La alberca no invita a usarla.

Viejo y areas públicas sucias y descuidadas
Pros:

Hotel viejo y descuidado los banos o sanitarios de recepción, muy sucios y oliendo a drenaje siempre sin ventilación y muy pequeños el desayuno incluido esta bien y el servicio de los meseros es excelente.
las camas y almohadas viejas y de materiales sintéticos
urge una renovación

Pros:

Está bonita, limpia, pero requiere un poco de remodelación ya que se nota el deterioro en los baños y el a/c hace mucho ruido por ser de los antiguos, fuera de ahi todo muy bien.
