Le fait qu’il faille payer 5 € par jour pour avoir une bouilloire avec quelques sachets de thé ou des infusions. C’est bien dommage pour un si bel hôtel 4 étoiles .

Great hotel, terrible location in a degraded industrial city
Pros:

The hotel is a very good place to stay in Turin. Value is great at a cost of about 65 Euros per night including bteakfast. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot, specially the cooked Italian dishes and the tarts. Both the staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast room are friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean with a pleasant view from the window, the bed was comfortable and the desk was extremely useful.

Cons:

The hotel is perfect if you have a car but location is a problem if you walk around or use public transport. Pacific Hotel Fortino is about a 35-minute walk from downtown Turin; distance is not such a big issue as having to walk through very degraded areas of the city. Turin is an ugly dirty industrial city with a glorious past but an uncertain present and future. I had to look down all the time as I was walking to or from the hotel so as not to fall into plentiful sinkholes.

Consigliatissimo, struttura posizionata in modo perfetto perché voglia visitare la città e le sue adiacenze.
Pros:

Posizione della struttura strategica, l’hotel è dotato di parcheggio coperto ad un costo giornaliero ragionevole. Il Personale è stato molto disponibile ed inoltre il giorno di il compleanno di mia figlia abbiamo ricevuto in camera un cesto di frutta fresca con un biglietto di auguri.
