非常棒的住宿品質，員工友善親切，房間乾淨整潔，早餐可以再變化一些會更好，不然連續住宿菜色都一樣，有些失望！
Pros:

搭乘地鐵非常便利，中山公園8號出口走路1分鐘就到了，進地鐵站延著地下街走6分鐘抵達進站刷卡處！

早餐每天都一樣，熟食區天天菜色可變化更好！

Pros:

Good basic gym for a maintenance lift. Clean, well equipped rooms that have excellent Chinese interior design. Great location.

Cons:

Minor thing: The staff were accommodating, but front desk staff seem stressed, or maybe it's a cultural difference. A smile makes a difference to my experience. Otherwise, no complaints.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room did smell of cigarette smoke after the first night, not clear why. The hotel was fully booked so they couldn't move me so provided an air purifier which helped a little but not fully.

The housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up for her!!

Hyatt Centric hotel and Caption by Hyatt hotel stand next to each other. The sign of the Caption hotel catches your attention first and you may miss the sign of Hyatt Centric if you're a new comer as me and my taxi driver missed it. We passed the Hyatt Centric 5meters further and got lost & confused.
Google map sucks in China. :((
