Cons:

Unfortunately the room did smell of cigarette smoke after the first night, not clear why. The hotel was fully booked so they couldn't move me so provided an air purifier which helped a little but not fully.

The housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up for her!!

Hyatt Centric hotel and Caption by Hyatt hotel stand next to each other. The sign of the Caption hotel catches your attention first and you may miss the sign of Hyatt Centric if you're a new comer as me and my taxi driver missed it. We passed the Hyatt Centric 5meters further and got lost & confused.
Google map sucks in China. :((

Facility and cleanliness were good, but receptionists need improvement.
Pros:

Location is good. You can see the Zhongshan Park from the room and there are near by shopping centre. It’s next to the station so easy to go everywhere.

Cons:

Some of the receptionists cannot speak English, and despite that they know you’re a non-Chinese speaker, they continue to speak to you in Chinese rather than asking an English speaking staff to help. Also they texted saying that they don’t provide tooth brushes on the day I arrived which wasn’t helpful at all (but they provided at the end when I asked and complained), and they didn’t give me receipt when I checked out until I asked to check the details in case they charge anything. This never happened to my stays in any other International hotels in other countries. Also I don’t understand why they don’t open the swimming pool when it’s almost 36 degrees. It sounds to me just an excuse that they don’t want to clean the pool.
