Pros:

接客スタッフの方々の対応は皆さん大変良かったです。

Cons:

チェックイン後に部屋に入ると、熱い外から部屋に入ったらエアコンが28度設定で稼働しており外より不快だった。
更に、部屋のエアコンフィルターが汚れていたためかホコリで喉を痛めてしまった。
リモコンを確認したらエアコンフィルターメンテナンスを勧めるランプが点滅していた。
熱帯夜なので空調を止めて寝ることもできず。エアコンを付けたら咳が出てしまうという状態で体調を崩しました。

若くないわたしには階段がキツく感じました。
Pros:

ドリンクサービスが暑い日には助かります。

Cons:

シャワーの各レバーが固すぎる。
日中　忙しく動き回ったあと　手に握力がなくなってお湯やシャワーが操作できなかった
雨で中止とはいえ　阪神戦なのか　各ホテルの宿泊価格が　東京都内より高くなってた日で　風呂だけは残念でした。

事前決済済みだったからか
チェックイン，チェックアウトがスムーズ
近くにコンビニもスーパーも飲食店もある
交通機関も良い場所で駅やバス停も近く移動が便利です

利用階に降りたとき臭いがした
帰りまで変な臭いキツイ臭いがあった
枕やシーツが替えてあったがシミがあった
ユニットバス水垢　誰かの毛と埃が落ちていた
すっきりと清潔な感じがしなかった

仕事の軽い出張で泊まるには十分過ぎた。
Pros:

部屋にホコリや髪の毛など全くなく、清潔に過ごせて快適だった。スタッフさんはこの規模にあった丁寧さと親しみやすい対応でした。朝食のお味も良かった。

Cons:

部屋や朝食ビュッフェのスペースが狭く、特に朝食ビュッフェはゆっくり食べていられないほどでした。
