Pros:

関内駅や横浜スタジアムまで近く
地下鉄、JR、市バス、どれもすぐ乗れて便利でした。

お部屋もファミリールームでとても広かったです！

朝食無料で美味しかったです！
種類は少ないですが和洋あり十分満足でした。

Cons:

朝食時の混雑が何とかならないかなと思いました。
早い時間にいかないと8時過ぎてくるとかなりの時間並ばないといけないです。

それと、食器の返却がセルフなのですが
食器を返す所の壁が窪んでいるので分かりづらいと思いました。
間違えて食器を置いていかれるお客様に
セルフですとスタッフさんが叫んでおられましたが
分かりづらいので無理も無いです。

入り口近くに大きく貼り出す等
した方が良いと思います。

あと、エレベーターが小さくて遅いです。
荷物少ないなら階段利用した方が良いかと思いました。

おそらくもう泊まらないです。
Cons:

エレベーターが少し狭かったです。
定員数が9名ぐらいだったのですが、他の宿泊者や自分の荷物を含めるとそれ以下かと…

エアコンが暖房しかなく暑かった。
冷房に関してはホテル側で管理されていたので使えなかったです。

駐車場も狭くめっちゃ出づらかった。
ドアが隣の車にぶつかりそうになった。
運転席側も壁との間なく出づらいです？

子供がホテルも楽しみしてたので凄く残念がっていたが、まーロケーションはすごく良かった

タオルかける場所がない
ユニットバスが狭すぎる
朝食が激混みで、やっと通されたら食べ物がほとんどなく、トレー、お皿もなかった。やっと食べようとしたら、横で机のアルコール清掃をされて、少しかかってしまった。
