Pros:

Staff very nice and helpful. When I do a stay-cation again.. Will definitely chose this hotel again.

Even though our microwave didnt work and when doing laundry the soap.did not dispense.. the staff made it right.

The staff was so kind

Cons:

Room was dusty, pool was dirty, didn’t have key cards to let us in and out had to be let into the room each time by a staff member. Cleanliness needs some work.

The breakfast was nice. The spa inside our room was great.

Cons:

Sound proof needs improvement. We couldn’t sleep due to loud tv playing, People talking & making noises next door loudly. We can hear the receptionist & customers in the hall outside our room. Heavy footsteps on 2nd floor. On our 2nd day around noon while my wife was changing, a cleaning crew lady opened our door without knocking & quickly shut the door after seeing my wife. That was not ok.
