Good mid range hotel.
Pros:

I really like this hotel, as it is away from the lively ' strip'
The bus service is excellent and very reasonable and the bus runs late if you want to go to the new or old town.
The hotel is near a very good supermarket if you are self catering.

If you value yourself, book your holiday at Grand Hotel Bali benidorm.
Pros:

Good location close to the beach, bars and restaurants and transport.
Atmosphere, is great every where in the hotel, staff are proud them selves to give the absolute top serves.
Room, was good size clean daily bed so comfortable top sleep very quiet night time.
Value for money absolutely. Breakfast and dinner was excellent good variety of choices.
Cleannes, is second to none.. Every where

La ubicación del hotel y las vistas

Cons:

No me gustó que en cuanto sale el sol entra muchísima claridad a la habitación y ya no se podía dormir más. La cortina que cubre la terraza deja entrar demasiado la luz solar.

Bel hôtel luxueux mais trop loin du centre touristique.
Pros:

Bel hôtel luxueux, avec un personnel chaleureux. Tout est bien pour danser, boire un verre au bar.

Cons:

Il manque des fruits frais au petit déjeuner qui est trop industriel.
Le salon de coiffure est à fuir tant la coiffeuse est désagréable.

El hotel es impresionante y las vistas eran espectaculares

Cons:

El personal es desesperadamente lento. En el desayuno no había control de aforo y después el personal se dedicaba a insultarte cuando te sentabas donde podías. En todos los hoteles donde he estado hay control de aforo para q eso no suceda. Aún así lo más grave es estar escuchando a los camareros y cocineros saliendo de la cocina insultando a la gente. "La gente da asco y hace lo q le sale de los huevos". Claro,la gente está de ocio y ha pagado una cantidad razonable para estar cómodo. O debo desayunar de pie xq tú no has controlado el aforo del sitio?
Los ascensores estaban todo el rato averiados aunq esto es entendible por el uso masificado q le dan pero si estás en una planta 18,no es nada agradable.

And some staff member was so awful awful and very rude too
So please people think before going to this hotel as solo guess at this hotel to dont book all inclusive

Não volto à repetir este hotel, qualidade preço péssimo
Pros:

O pequeno almoço era bom

Cons:

O Wi-Fi era péssimo nunca vi um tão mau
O staff alguns era péssimos parecia que estavam a fazer um favor
A piscina interior tinha de pagar 20 euros por dia por pessoa.
Os quartos eram fracos é que nem a televisão funcionava não dava para ver nada que não tinha ligação a internet.
O mini bar vazio.

Lovely
Pros:

Loved our stay. Food was amazing and looked forward to breakfast amd dinner each day. Stayed for a week. I dont feel hotel is kids friendly though as no pool toys are allowed i feel its catered more for adults, which is fine as it was myself and a friend however did feel bad for the kids. Rooms were clean and hotel is lovely. I would happily go back and stay there.

Decent hotel
Pros:

Stayed here for 3 nights, got checked in fairly quickly. Staff were friendly enough.
Breakfast-there was a lot to choose from, plenty of selection

Went to roof and paid 5€ it says you get a drink but you don’t as the bar is only open 8-12am and cost 18€ and I believe you do get a drink with that.

Plenty of beds round pool but if hotel was full in season you may struggle for a bed.

Room was fair. Bed wasn’t too bad and had a fab view on floor 29!

This hotel ruined my whole trip STAY AWAY
Pros:

Do not waste your money on this hotel! The only thing worthwhile I experienced from this hotel was the view from the window. Firstly, the rooms are completely vile and unhygienic, the cleanliness of this hotel is atrocious. When I first arrived, the room wasn’t even cleaned there was dust everywhere, the bed blankets full of stains and ripped. The bathroom was full of hair, the toilet not properly cleaned and there was black mold around the shower screen. The water was on and off going from hot to cold. Not only are the rooms horrific, the staff working at this hotel are just as bad. The next day I was stuck in their lift for over 20 minutes, no one was able to provide any help or reassurance (and it seems no one was able to provide any advice in English). By the time they let me out the lift I was already stressed and panicked and the rude staff member who let me out instead of being understanding made a sarcastic comment saying that I should be thankful to him for opening the doors (something that should of been done anyway HELLOO?!?!?) and then he waved me away telling me to go away. The food at the restaurant was cold and also be careful when walking as the staff there do not care if you’re in the way they will barge into you. To sum up, the hotels interior was absolutely garbage both the rooms and the staff. Stay away from this hotel, find something better because this hotel honestly ruined my trip and I can definitely say this has been the worst trip solely because of this hell hole hotel.
