Awful
Pros:

Awful aggressive check in where we were accused of trying to defraud the hotel -
Despite the duty manager speaking to TUI Uk. Nothing was our fault but they ‘held us hostage ‘ by taking our passports / phones and banks cards. There was no communication and, even when we showed them the booking confirmation Constantine on reception pointed his figure at me in an aggressive way and shouted ‘he didn't give a sh1t about me’.
No one have us info around where the lifts wetr / or general hotel info.
The lifts were also a challenge, we waited up to 10 - no air and often appeared to drop floors. The lift certificate was out of date.
One of the pools was closed -

La piscina y la locación.

Cons:

El desayuno que faltaba variedad y gusto a la comida.
El cuarto olía mal pero no sé si se filtraba a partir del aire acondicionado.

Fin de semana familiar en hotel barato
Pros:

Me gusto mucho la animación para los niños muy familiar y divertida. El personal a pesar de estar desbordado de trabajo fueron cercanos y atentos

Cons:

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, las instalaciones y habitaciones viejas y estropeadas. No funcionaba una de las piscina estaba rota, los ascensores mirador ( es una de las atracciones del hotel) rotos no funcionaban. Las habitaciones muebles viejos, rotos, el secador del cuarto del baño roto. En general todo muy gastado, cerrado, roto o estropeado.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación

El trato de los trabajadores.
La comida una mierda para tratarse de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Como te toque en la torre alta te las vas a ver y desear para subir y bajar, yo todos los días para desayunar me tenía que bajar 16 plantas porque no paraban los ascensores en mi planta....
Como no vayas a comer a las 12 o a las 19 date por jodido para comer en condiciones.
Es un hotel para extranjeros, si eres español buscate otro hotel porque si tienes algún problema no te van a dar la misma importancia que a un extranjero.
Se me murió un familiar y al coger la reserva del hotel por Booking el hotel no quiere saber nada de ti.
La atención al cliente una IA que te ayuda hasta donde puede pero ya te puedes tú buscar la vida.
Por menos de 24 h te cobran una penalización de 170 €, eso sí tú dinero no lo ves en 12 días de vuelta

Hotel correcto sin grandes alardes.
Pros:

La situación es muy buena y cerca de la playa. Así como la atención del personal que ha sido siempre muy correcta.

Cons:

Es un hotel para grupos y/o familias. No a un nivel 4* como estás acostumbrado en España.
Las instalaciones están poco mantenidas y hay problemas en los ascensores.
Cobran como extra casi por todo como por ejemplo la caja de seguridad en las habitaciones que en un hotel de esta categoría debería estar incluido.
No se repone de botellita de agua a diario.

Номера были на 3 звезды я не ео не маю почему 4!!

Сам бассейн чистый и бар при бассейне , бармен там супер 😎

Cons:

Не понравился завтрак целый час одно и тоже не меняется , очень не понравился😭. И еще при бассейне очень мало зонтов и много поломанных 😭

Las vistas i amabilidad empleados.

Cons:

Que no hubiese gel en los baños. Eran sobrecitos para la ducha y para manos, que no tenias para nada. Menos mal q al siguiente dia lo dijimos s la xica q limpiaba y nos lo soluciono dejandonos
