The hotel will charge the first night for reservations of more than 3 bedrooms.

Parking spaces cannot be reserved. They must be requested upon arrival at the hotel.

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal (especialmente, el del spa), la ubicación, a menos de diez minutos de la playa andando, y el desayuno (aunque se echa de menos algo más de fruta).

Cons:

El hotel debería tomar medidas con el tema del ascensor, pues tarda mucho en llegar y, si estás en pisos inferiores, casi nunca para, lo cual no es aceptable cuando vas con maletas o tienes alguna lesión; y eso que fuimos en temporada baja, no quiero pensar lo que será en verano... Además, los baños de la zona de la piscina necesitan una reforma, pues están algo viejos (como también lo estaba la puerta del baño de nuestra habitación).

Me gusto casi todo tanto el trato hasta el servicio de la gente que trabaja en el hotel y les doy las gracias por ello

A ver no es que no me gusto si no que me pareció algo bastante caro el precio del espa y lo otro esto ya es una sugerencia personal lo que yo cambiaría es la calidad del buffet en la comida porque en el servicio por los trabajadores fueron excelentes 👌

Esperaba mucho más de un hotel tan emblemático
Pros:

Las vistas son absolutamente impresionantes, sobretodo si tu habitación esta en plantas altas.

Cons:

- Nos quedamos encerrados mi pareja y yo en un ascensor, llamamos al botón del ascensor de "ayuda" y nadie vino a sacarnos. Por suerte, eran de cristal y la gente de fuera puedo avisar... penoso.

- Habían 7 ascensores y solo funcionaban 3, de risa... unas colas superlargas para subir o bajar de tu habitación, si estabas en una planta alta flipas.

- La comida la clasificaria como incomible, el desayuno aún estaba bien porque es lo de siempre, leche, tostadas, tortilla... eso es fácil, pero tanto la comida como la cena absurdamente asqueroso, todo seco, sabor 0... pffff un desastre, teníamos pensión completa y no fuimos 3 veces para disfrutar de algo nutritivo y sabroso en restaurantes cercanos.

- El personal en general es incompetente, antipático, sin ninguna ganas de trabajar y mas cosas por el estilo, sobretodo el personal que trabaja en los restaurantes, tanto el de arriba como el de abajo. Son fáciles de identificar por su tono burlesco e infantil.

Pros:

Deja mucho que desear me esperaba otra cosa y la verdad es que me ha decepcionado. Lo único que me ha gustado ha sido las vistas que teníamos desde la habitación.

Cons:

Personal de recepción desagradable, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, los ascensores no funcionan y tienes que esperar 30 minutos para subir y bajar. Lamentable para el prestigio que supuestamente tiene el hotel
