Location was convenient. Room was comfortable. Chosen bed was clean except for minor tear in bottom sheet.
AC worked well.
Surfaces were not as clean as expected. The spread on the other bed needed to be replaced, it was covered with frayed threads. The elevator needed to be cleaned, buttons were visibly dirty, panel was covered in touch prints. Floor was dirty.
Security lock on room door was loose and screws could be removed.
This was a quick stop for the night to break up a long road trip, and it did not disappoint. It was a pretty bare bones property, but it was clean, quiet, and budget friendly. The water views were a nice treat for the soul.

We reserved a king suite with king bed and were given room with queen. I said something at front desk and they said insisted it was an upgrade and we were lucky. The sleeping accomodations were the most important part of the room to us. The shower didn't have a working fan and very low water pressure.
Staff at the desk was excellant!
Rug in room 324 was stained.
Great hotel, location, and team. Always enjoy my stay at this hotel. Rooms are very nice and I love having the balcony off the room to enjoy the area. Location is very convenient to Route 50.
Close walk to a lot of places
I paid for a king room but stayed in a double queen. Not what I reserved and was upset with it
The bed was comfortable.

The pool was cold and dirty.

For 3 night stay, pur room was not serviced at all, not single time. On the third morning cleaning lady knocked in our door, we ask her com 30 min later, she never returned. No fresh towels no restocking on cofee station, no schower cups. Does not sound like Hilton
I loved everything about this property and staff
By the time I had waited past my check-in time, the professional, courteous clerk who had been helping me was busy so I had to approach Tim. After he curtly informed me that check in times were not guaranteed, I explained that I needed to be a wedding and the grandmother of the groom was traveling with me. He rudely said, “You should have checked in yesterday.” I’m sorry that my 92 year old mother couldn’t travel on a schedule that suited him. They eventually upgraded us to a suite for free. The room was very nice. Two of three employees I dealt with were excellent, Tim has no place in hospitality if it means dealing with guests.

When i book through booking .com the hotel not only this one allways gives you a crappy room this was not crappy but the hotel was half empty and we got view of parking lot same thing at every hotel i book through booking .com
I was not impressed. Upon arrival at 3pm myself and other guest were asked nicely to come back later when the rooms might be ready. The lobby area is crowded with seats that look dirty by design. The staff did there jobs. I felt as if I were at a 1 or 2 star flop house.
I love the surrounding with boats and whatnot
I lost my bad and was wasting a lot of time to locate where so I had to come back to the hotel to find out it was at the front desk the whole time.
After a long day of travel this Hilton was wonderful. The location is easy with balconies overlooking the beautiful bay. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance. But it was the very comfortable beds in their spacious room that was most welcoming for us.
We may revisit this place just for the enjoyment of the area.
