アパホテルはこれまで旅行で色々と使わせてもらっていました。狭くてもすごく快適に過ごせていたし、今回も期待をしていたのでがっかりでした。土地柄なのでしょうか。

お風呂が水カビのにおいで連泊だったのできつかった。
食事場所も狭く、急いでいる時は使用しない方が良い。朝も7時からと遅めだし、外で皆待機しているのに、時間をすぎてもスタッフからお待たせしました、中へどうぞの声かけもなかった。
チェックイン時に朝食券が発行されていなかったことに後から気づき、フロントに取りに行ったが、チェックインの時に渡しているはずですと言われもらっていないと言ったら発行してくれたが、謝罪の一言もなかった。対応したスタッフは自分がやったことでないから謝る必要はないと思ったんでしょうか。ここのスタッフの問題ではなくて、ホテル全体の問題だと思います。その日の夜にホテルに帰ると、ドアノブにチェックイン時に朝食券を渡していなくてすみませんでしたと言うメモと食事券がかけられていたが、既にフロントに食事券を取りに行ってるし、申し送りすらされてないんだと思った。

ロケーションは良かったですが、泊まり心地はちょっと残念でした。

ロケーションは良かったです

Cons:

客室の空気が湿っていて、エアコンの温度調節もイマイチ！冷蔵庫音が大きい！室内ライトの調節がベッドランプしかできない。トイレ・バスが小さい。チェックインの際、タッチパネルに特殊なペンでタッチしながら（高齢者にとっては慣れない方法で）個人情報を全部入力し直さないといけなかった（仮に宿泊名簿の記入が必要だとしても、紙に書く方が何倍も早い！）。
決定的だったのが、13階まで客室があるのに、エレベーターが一台しかなく業務用と兼用だったこと。

A comfortable night’s stay
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff member at the hotel was kind getting me a towel when I arrived soaking wet as it had been raining heavily. The hotel is in a convenient position, but not directly next to the station.

Hotel bien situé.
Pros:

Emplacement près des quartiers de restauration.

Cons:

Chambre petite, le rapport qualité prix est un peu élevé comparé à d'autre hôtels à Kyoto et Osaka.
