Nice hotel - just needs a few things
Pros:

Loved the location. Loved I could bring my dog.

Cons:

The bed mattress did not have a mattress cover under the sheets (gross). The pillows also did not have pillow protectors under the pillow covers. I was shocked by this. I did check for bedbugs - none.

Pros:

Staff excellent, especially Restaurant staff, Leanne and Mike!

Cons:

No attention to details. No soap at sink. Remote shades do not work. Stayed here last year in same room and didn't work then! We expect more from Hilton! Not enough lighting in room. Very dark especially when you can't open shades. This hotel is a perfect place for us to stop but needs to improve for paying $200/ night.

Rags on air/heat unit and floor. No soap to wash hands. Out of wings in restaurant. Charged for parking. Lost power (because of accident outside—no blame there, and power back after an hour). But after 12 hours Wi-Fi never came back.
